★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuznana reklamace úplně nové věci,která byla rozbitá ihned při prvním rozbalení!! Paní na pobočce se snažili, ale nějaká koza na reklamačním si stojí za svým. Už nikdy nic u nich nekoupíme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi mile a ochotne prodavacky, mela jsem potize s odeslanim balicku do zahranici pres PPL a obsluha byla trpeliva a napomocna. Tuto prodejnu mohu jen doporucit.
Very nice and willing saleswoman, I had trouble sending the package abroad via PPL and the staff was patient and helpful. I can only recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká nabídka relativně levného zboží. Ovšem ceně odpovídá i kvalita... Použitelnost 'zvětšovacích' brýlí je spíše symbolická. Ale hlava z nich bolí docela nesymbolicky.
Pro úplnost rád dodávám, že prodavačky jsou ochotné a nesnažily se mě přesvědčit, že mi prodávají optickou exkluzivitu.
Large selection of relatively cheap goods. However, the quality also corresponds to the price ... The usability of 'magnifying' glasses is rather symbolic. But the head of them hurts quite unsymbolically.
For the sake of completeness, I would like to add that the saleswomen are willing and did not try to convince me that they sell me optical exclusivity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V prodejně se mi zaujala aku vrtačka÷za 900 Kč prodavačka ochotně přinesla kufřík.Já jsem jsem požadoval aby kufřík otevřela
a předvedla funkčnost a kompletnost vrtačky.Po otevření kufříku, jaké bylo moje překvapení.
V kufříku chyběl jak akumulátor tak nabíječka.Na dotaz proč to není kompletní?, odpověď to si musíte dokoupit sám,podle netu.akumulátor podle Ah od 500 do 900 Kč, nabíječka 400 Kč.Na dotaz proč to není kompletní že smíchem odpověděla že to tak dostávají.
Odpověděl jsem že když jde si koupit automobil též tam musí být motor
