Zde okamžitě diagnostikovali problém a po doručení náhradních dílů výměna téměř na počkání. Max spokojenost. Doporučuji. I needed to fix the sound on the TV, I failed with two previous "experts". Omylem došlo k dvojímu zaúčtování objednávky, firma ne jen že platbu s omluvou vrátila ale sama od sebe poskytla i kompenzaci za způsobené potíže. Mohu jen doporučit a chválit. Bravo. Nejen že jim tentokrát oprava trvala dlouho, ale co je podstatnější, nic neopravili, vrátili mi po téměř měsíci výrobek zpátky s tím, že je reklamace neuznaná. Nikdo mi vůbec nevolal jestli, když je reklamace neuznaná, chci opravu provést na vlastní náklady. Neuvěřitelné. Tady už nikdy v životě. The worst service by far. I had twice the experience and always very negative. Not only did it take them a long time to repair, but more importantly, they did not repair anything, they returned the product to me after almost a month, stating that the complaint was not accepted. No one called me at all if, if the complaint was not accepted, I wanted to make the repair at my own expense. Incredibly. Never again in my life.
V	Vít Kaňa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá tragédie! Na webu mají(vyloženě se tím chlubí), že opravují historické gramofony značky TESLA. Speciálně proto jsem vezl gramofon 70km do tohoto servisu. Když jsem tam přišel s gramofonem v náručí tak na mě mezi dveřmi houkla z poza hromady krabic nějaká dívenka co to mám a když jsem řekl, že TESLU tak prohlásila, že tuto značku nedělají a položila mi na gramofon předvytisknutý letáček se slovy: "tady je servisují". Tím se mnou byla hotová. Jako perlička byl jimi doporučený servis nacházející se dalších 90km od Zlína. Absolute tragedy! When I came there with a turntable in my arms, a girl from the back of the pile of boxes shouted at me from behind a pile of boxes, and when I said that TESLU had said that they didn't do this mark and put a pre-printed leaflet on the turntable with the words: "here it is service ". She was done with me. As a pearl, they recommended a service located another 90 km from Zlín.
