60m most znikl v letech 1932–1933 na hranici někdejší královéhradecké pevnosti. Nese jméno spoluzakladatele Sokola Dr. Miroslava Tyrše. Autory návrhu byli ing. dr. Fifka a ing. Mezi Pražským a Tyršovým mostem se každoročně koná lodní závod středních škol „Mezi mosty“. 60m bridge was dbuilt between 1932-1933 on the border of the former Hradec fortress, and has the name of Sokol organisation co-founder Dr. Miroslav Tyrš. The authors of the proposal were dr. Fifka and ing. Moravec, the adaptations were made later by Josef Gočár. In April 1945, the bridge was undermined by Germans at both ends, and an anti-tank barrier was built on the side of the museum from piles of the granite cubes. Not far from today's Tyrš´ Bridge was a former ferry.
