Best Steamboat restaurant in Czech

J	Jack Forshaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time in Prague, first time here. Food was fantastic (little bit of a wait but we could hear them cooking it all fresh), beer was cheap and was very tasty. Good prices. Would recommend for that "authentic" Czech feel.

The staff did not want us there at all - the restaurant was nearly empty and they only permitted us to sit at the table right next to the exit. We asked to sit by the empty window seat and they said no because it was fully booked (almost empty and 9:30pm on a Sunday night) - they were fairly happy to take our money for a glass of wine and we were extremely happy leave this place and go somewhere better round the corner. 2* because we were rude back to them - fair’s fair

Moreover , the bill is not printed but hand written and in addition there is a 10% tip, which no one mentions in the menu card. Payment only in cash. I do not recommend and will never come back here again.

The wait time was a little long but the servers were so friendly and attentive we had no problem with it. The schnitzel I had was pretty decent at the price point. The goulash was a tad too salty for my friend's taste. Drinks are cheap! If you're in the neighborhood, it's a solid option for dinner. Shout-out to the great waiters for making sure everyone got their food!
E	Elena K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! We stopped at this restaurant on our way from the theater, it was 9 pm, the waiter didn't even allow us to sit down, he said they're closed! Opening hours at the door until 11 pm, three tables were occupied, customers consumed food and drinks. Unbelievable !!! Fortunately, there are plenty of other restaurants nearby that value customers.
