★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Дом "У золотого шара" является памятником архитектуры. Торцевой стороной непосредственно выходит к площади Республики. Согласно источникам, ранее здесь располагался Доходный дом. Нынешнее здание было построенно в 1891 году на фундаментах одноименного здания XVI века.
На фасаде здания указана дата «1899». Дом украшен лепниной.
Ныне требуются реставрационные работы для укрепления фасада здания.
 The house "At the Golden Ball" is an architectural monument. The front side directly goes to the Republic Square. According to sources, the apartment house was located here earlier. The current building was built in 1891 on the foundations of the building of the same name from the 16th century.
The date "1899" is indicated on the facade of the building. The house is decorated with stucco.
