★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Обитовня як більшість інших в поганому стані. Туалети і душі в критичному стані( гарячої води майже немає), кімнати з мінімальними меблями, все починає розвалюватися.
Два позитивних фактори це красивий історичний фасад і природа навкруги. Все інше тільки відштовхує
Якщо є варінти, то краще вибрати щось інше
The living room, like most others, is in poor condition. Toilets and showers are in critical condition (almost no hot water), rooms with minimal furniture, everything starts to fall apart.
Two positive factors are the beautiful historic facade and the surrounding nature. Everything else is just repulsive
If there are options, it is better to choose something else

The building is located in the park, clean air, beautiful, birds sing. Tram stop 5 minutes walk.
