★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was terribly disappointed, and not just once, but repeatedly. It is scandalous, how much are they charging for such low quality and poorly served food and beverages. The paradox is, that whole idea of UGO salaterie, is to bring fresh and healthy food to you and in practice, they do the exact opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the lock-down significant drop in food quality and unmotivated personnel. Even not willing to make fresh salades 15 min before closing time. Such a pity since I was a regular customer before Corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always appreciate english speaking staff, always great food and drinks are amazing, when I don’t know what to eat they always help me choose and they are never wrong about the choices. I always go here after long day at work since it’s close to my home. I recommend 10/10

UGO Flora is the first ever in Czech Republic which calls my attention on a diff way. one of the worst service ever. way to go. I don't recommend this place.

Paid for farmer’s salad with grilled chicken, corn, potatoes and caramelized onion. The picture attached is taken after eating one piece of chicken and one small potato..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To go here when I’m only a little bit hungry and want a healthier option of the food court options. The taste is always good, however portions are on the smaller side. I often leave hungry. The prices are a little high too, but I think it is due to the fresh ingredients which is nice.
Staff is always nice and English speaking. Tables are always clean and the design is an inviting experience. It is in the top level of the flora shopping center.
