Definitely good aspects and not-so-good aspects of my experience here. I decided to treat myself and do their Footlogix pedi (600czk). The woman when I arrived said they used special products and did a massage, so I figured that would be really nice. She was super kind and helpful. They used a special foot scrubber and I give the lady so much credit because she really went to town and got my feet smooth after spending a few weeks on holiday not treating my feet so well. Thank you for that!! However, she might’ve massaged my feet with the scrub cream for about 30 seconds, and the lotion afterward for about the same amount of time. For 600czk I think that part of the pedi should’ve been longer. I also got normal polish and she did not use a base coat of clear polish. However, my feet are smooth and with a fresh coat of paint. Overall, would be worth the price and five stars if the massage was longer.

Visited the place for the first time. The lady convinced me that I was having gel polish on my nails while I had permanent polish (Shellack). I was in shock that she actually couldn't see or feel the difference between the two. I tried to explain the difference but she was determined. Plus, her own nails looked really untidily, not to say criminal. Sad!

I got a pedicure no nail polish. Overall I'm not super happy with it. It is a clean place and you can go without booking and it's not super expensive. But they only accept cash and don't say it before the treatment. They do not remove much hard skin which is mostly the reason why I do pedicure. The staff is kind but not too attentive to me at least. Not too bad but i will not come back.

I think perhaps we hit a language barrier. I wanted manicure two nails on right hand short and the rest long (I had grown them for this) cuticles done electric blue polish with clear over on all. The result was all nails short, with clippers, cuticles were done, still sore, and some kind of buffing. Price was 390czk and the end result is the nails are not very smooth and are catching on my clothing..oh and no nail polish applied. I was offered a pedicure twice and refused twice. Will not return. Now my main concern I was not offered hand sanitizer, I did not see disinfection between clients, no obvious autoclave to clean metal implements Nail files were used on more than one customer as were the polish compound, plastic applicator and buffing pads both green and pink. In the current situation this really is asking for transmitting of parasites and viruses. I added photos an hour after my visit and I see blood. Please see photos. Now.even more concerns about hygiene

Quantity over quality. They go as fast as they can to take more clients in; the quality is worse than bad. I ordered classic pedicure and she decided to do "Footlogix" which is double price. THIS IS A RIP OFF

Horrible experience, they are very unprofessionals, they dont use gloves, they do the work as fast as possible very very low quality, rude personal. I kindly ask something that didnt like and the girl starts to be super rude with me. Worst pedicure experience in Prague. Avoid this place! There are plenty professionals and greats salons in Prague. Don’t waste your money here.

I was a client of Tereza. This was a very rude treatment today. She was pulling my arms, turning them aggressively, throwing my hands away for drying. The quality of manicure was not good either, any remarks were taken with aggression. The pile was constantly falling on floor, it was simply picked up and used again without consideration of cleaning/disinfecting. She was using her own nails for cleaning the extra shellac cover, and her nails WERE DURTY with dark substance under nails, soil looking. I must say, I have been a client of this salon for over 7 years! It is the first time I met such a horrible treatment of a client. I would say it was beyond disrespectful. Manicure is a spa procedure NOT A TORTURE procedure with subsequent arrogance and physical force. Instead of apologies I have received a lecture on “you must be careful” and “do not get angry with me”. I thought maybe a person is not feeling well, as she was literally shaking with anger during work. So maybe it makes sense to step away from clients if something is off and you cannot perform work with people at the specific moment? Not a good experience today with Tereza, unfortunately. First and last time I am using her services.
