★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. My friend was getting her eyebrows done and I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend. I took some pictures and a member of the staff impolitely reprimanded me. I'll never go back there again. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Sephora ever, my Girlfriend set the security buzzer off and was quickly grabbed by the security guard and marched over to the till. They apologised for the over aggressive response but not a very nice experience.

It was one of happwning in my life when I have met sales person, who is really very friendly, knows her job excellent and love it, her name is Jana. Jana, thank you for your recommendations and help. The cosmetic you have recommended me is very good for me. I am happy with my shopping over there very much!))))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst Sephora in Prague. I buy every month from Sephora, for the last couple of years. Today, went buying some products, went to the counter, the girl snorted at me and after finishing paying, she simply shoved the products in my hands. Without a bag. A btw, out of all Sephoras in Prague, this is the only one that do not give at all any samples.. nada.. nothing, even if you ask for it. Also, they treat the customer who don t speak czech very rude, they don t answer to any questions and turn their backs at you the moment they hear english. I seriously recommend the Palladium one. At least those are more familiar with foreign customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 things online to avoid being out during this quarantine. They sent me a package of samples with none of what I ordered. Their response was to go to the post office and send the package back or they won’t give me the money back....what I bought far exceeds the value of these samples. I’m so mad they put me in the position to go to a post office during this time. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter how much money I spend at Sephora, I never get any samples. Or if I do, I get samples of foundation for white women when I am a black woman. Staff is mostly rude. I asked a question about whether they carried a particular product here since they have it in UK and the answer was: This is Czech Republic, not UK!
Why do Sephora sales people act like they own the shop? I never understood this. When you actually need their help, they either act like they did not see you, they are rude or they are upset because you actually asked them to do what they are paid for. And trust me, I am a very polite person and I am always nice to customer service people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience. Not annoying consultants, useful when you need them. Ilona told about discounts and offered to get a discount card. Very nice and polite even if you don’t speak Czech very well - it was easy to understand her.
Would recommend this shop! :)
