M	Michaela Palouskova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už pár let si u této firmy dávám gnocchi, ale dneska mě jídlo zklamalo, porce byla velmi malá. Gnocchi byly uschlé, jakoby oschle z předešlého dne, rukola hořká, parmazán tvrdý, tomatove pesto nebylo pesto, ale rozmackanych pár rajčat, na spod misky olej. Těch peněz co jsem za to jídlo dala je mi lito, příští návštěvu tady zvážím.

Styděla bych se to jen někomu dát i zadarmo, natož za cca 139,- Kč za porci! Když jsem velikost porce reklamovala, bylo mi řečeno, že takto je to v pořádku, že odměřují porce. Zajímavé, že jsme měli s přítelem každý jinou velikost porce. A chuťově to odpovídalo fotce. Nechutnalo. Bohužel jsme spěchali a měli hlad, tak jsme vzali a snědli co šlo. Tuto pobočku rozhodně nemohu doporučit! We were there last week and had Caesar salad and farm potatoes. Really a disaster! Portion size, quality and taste do not match the price. I would be ashamed to just give it to someone for free, let alone for about 139 CZK per serving! When I complained about the portion size, I was told that it was okay to measure the portions. Interesting that my friend and I each had a different portion size. And the taste matched the photo. It didn't taste good. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and hungry, so we took and ate what we could. I definitely can't recommend this branch!
p	peca levis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím dávám této pobočce 4. Tomatova polévka byla dobrá krásně teplá. Hovězí líčka chuťově dobrá, brambory krásně měkké, ale ta omáčka byla trochu chladnější. A obsluhou byla trochu hrr hodila pití a polévku na tác a tím to skončilo. Příbor si musíte najít sami na pultu. So far, I give this branch 4 . The tomato soup was good and warm. Beef cheeks good in taste, potatoes beautifully soft, but the sauce was a little colder. And the waiter was a little hrr tossing the drink and soup on the tray and that's it. You have to find the cutlery yourself on the counter.
P	Pavla Váňová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto pobočku-Cerny Most- nedoporučuji, vyhnete se obloukem. Byla jsem zde několikrát, jen protože to mam nejblíže ze zaměstnání, ale v drtivé většině případu katastrofa. Moje oblíbené jídlo v ugu -gril. zelenina s kurecim a ryzi, zde opravdu hnus ? zelenina spalena a úplně zhořkla, ryze rozvarena, maso oschle a ztvrdle. Omáčka se vsakla do ryze a byla z toho šlichta a navíc chutnala nakysle!. Jednou jsem zde dokonce dostala snad ryzi z pytliku ?. Za ty peníze a to příšerně čekání, otravena obsluha, to opravdu nestojí. Když si kvalitu jídla porovnám zde napr. s pobočkou Chodov, je to úplně o něčem jiném. Dneškem se mi toto jídlo velmi znechutilo. Spise se jedna o nahazene ingredience na hromadu. Mimochodem na opeceni zeleniny jsem cekala cca 20 minut, ostatní suroviny zde mají predpripravene a jen to nahazi do misky. Dnes prede mnou ve frontě asi 3 zákazníci, všichni odcházeli znechuceni a naštvaní - velmi špatná organizace pobočky. Vedení by se mělo zamyslet. My favorite food in the ugu-grill. vegetables with chicken and pure, here really disgusting ? vegetables burned and completely bitter, pure boiled, meat dry and hardened. The sauce soaked into pure and it was sizable and also tasted sour !. Once I even got a purely out of the bag ?. It's not really worth the money and the awful waiting, the annoyed staff. When I compare the quality of food here, for example, with the Chodov branch, it is about something completely different. I was very disgusted with this food today. She writes one about throwing ingredients on a pile. By the way, I waited for frying vegetables for about 20 minutes, the other ingredients are prepared here and they just throw it into a bowl. Today, about 3 customers lined up in front of me, all leaving disgusted and angry - very poor branch organization. Management should think twice.

Here salads are served in non eco-friendly plastic plates, it’s like night and day. I didn’t get a bill/ticket, which is illegal, and I was confused what I was supposed to do after paying. I don’t recommend eating here.

Plus, the staff are confused, the portions are considerable smaller, and presented on plastic (!) plates, so the overall experience is far from other Ugo salateries. They should either stick with smoothies and to-go snacks, or move to a larger space. Otherwise it cannot work.
