★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní zkušenosti nemůžu doporučit. Dva dny před potvrzeným termínem, telefonicky potvrzena realizace. Dnes, v den realizace, nikdo nedorazil. Žádná reakce na SMS nebo telefon. Pouze zvoní, nikdo nebere. Můj čas a odpoledne ztracené. Ušlý čas a zisk mi nikdo nebude kompenzovat protože p. Buriánek nereaguje a nedorazil na domluvenou zakázku. Stát se může cokoliv, ale očekávám, změny v takovémpřípadě zákazníka minimálně informují co a jak. Tohle je ten nejhorší možný scénář. Asi není třeba řešit zákaznickou zkušenost. Jsem zklamán.
 After today's experience, I can not recommend. Two days before the confirmed date, implementation confirmed by phone. Today, on the day of implementation, no one arrived. No response to SMS or phone. It just rings, no one takes it. My time and afternoon lost. No one will compensate me for the lost time and profit because Mr. Buriánek does not react and did not arrive at the agreed contract. Anything can happen, but I expect the changes in this case to inform the customer at least what and how. This is the worst case scenario. There is probably no need to address the customer experience. I am disappointed.
