R	Roxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po přečtení recenzí trochu obavy ale nakonec úplně super. V nedeli navečer ani jeden člověk, tudíž jsem šla hned. Sympatická sestřička i pan doktor, vše bez problému :) After reading reviews a little worry but ultimately totally cool. On Sunday evening not one person, so I went immediately. Nice nurse and doctor, all without a problem :)
L	Lucy Adry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maji ordinovat od 19 hodin, v 19.30 ani neotevreli dvere. Je tam sice napis zvonte, ale protoze jsou zname obvykle reakce, radsi vsichni pokorne cekali. Cekarna byla plna a hluk z ni dolehal i do ordinace, presto byli vuci nemu imunni. Tak jsme se "odvazili" a zazvonili... Ze pritel obtezuje, dala sestra s doktorkou hned najevo + vyslech a dlouhe komentare, proc nesel na obvod (neslo to, maji dovolenou a odkazuji pacienty na pohotovost a nemocnice). Zrejme tez zapusobilo i to, ze prisel levneji oblecen, vyslech pokracoval, jake je jeho zamestnani a snaha dopracovat se presneho zarazeni byla vice, nez resit zdravotni stav... Sakra... od ceho tam jsou?! They have to prescribe from 7 pm, they didn't even open the door at 7.30 pm. So we "dared" and rang the bell ... The friend is bothered, the nurse and the doctor immediately showed + interrogation and long comments, why he was on the circuit (it was, they have a vacation and I refer patients to the emergency room and hospital). Apparently, it was also caused by the fact that he came in cheaper clothes, the interrogation continued, what his job is like, and the effort to work out the exact stop was more than resolving his health condition ... Damn ... where are they from ?!

K	Katka N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívila jsem pohotovost včera navečer, žádná fronta, šla jsem hned na řadu, sestřička i doktor moc milí, vyslechli co a jak dlouho mě trápí a s recepty poslali do nejbližší lékárny, kde jsem po dlouhé době vyzvedla léky bez doplatku ? Neplatila jsem nic za parkování a regulační poplatek se hradil v hotovosti v ordinaci, což jsem byla ráda. Přijde mi hloupý někde zaplatit 90 Kč a pak čekat kdoví jak dlouho, protože když bych se rozhodla jít nakonec jinam, už mi to nikdo nevrátí. Četla jsem recenze než jsem sem šla a bude to spíš vždy o tom na koho asi narazíte, jak měli náročný den a jak slušně se spolu lidi domluví. I read the reviews before I came here and it will always be more about who you come across, how hard their day was and how well people get along.

I já chodím o víkendu do práce ale svojí náladu si nevybíjím na zákaznících. I zde ve zdravotnictví by mělo platit slušné chování. Recenze nepíšu ale zážitek s panem MUDr MM mě dost“ pobavil“. Arrogant ?, sister ? bravely seconds :( It is a pleasure to use the emergency room once a year. I also go to work at the weekend, but I don't change my mood on customers. Here, too, good behavior should apply in healthcare. I am not writing a review, but the experience with Mr. MM was quite "fun" for me.

Vše mu hrozně dlouho trvalo, myslím si, že by měl již odejít do důchodu. Zlatá Krč!! Sem nikdy víc!! Worst emergency! The doctor was uncomfortable, he wasn't interested in my health, he just had unnecessary questions. It all took him a long time, I think he should retire. Zlatá Krč !! Never again !!

Šla jsem tam s dvoudenní teplotou, rýmou a záhadnou kopřivkou skoro po celém těle. Při příchodu do ordinace a vysvětlením toho, co mi trápí, se na mě doktor i se sestřičkou nevěřícně zadívali a řekli, že tady s tím nic neudělají, že už tu nemají doktory. Odešla jsem tedy tak, jak jsem přišla, bez odpovědi toho, co mi vlastně je. Ještě že nechtěli zaplatit ten poplatek 90,-. Do teď nechápu, co se vlastně léčí na pohotovosti, když jinde mě s angínou normálně vyšetřili. Tady mi ani tu teplotu nezměřili. Yesterday, November 4, I was here because I'm close to college and I have no way to get to my GP. I went there with a two-day fever, a cold and a mysterious hives almost all over my body. Upon coming to the surgery and explaining what was bothering me, the doctor and nurse looked at me in disbelief and said that they would do nothing about it, that they no longer had doctors. So I left the way I came, without answering what I really felt. Not to mention that they didn't want to pay the fee of 90. Until now, I don't understand what is actually being treated in the emergency room, when I was normally examined elsewhere with angina. They didn't even measure my temperature here.
