★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben den Gitarristen durch Zufall im Urlaub entdeckt. Auf der Hauptstraße zwischen Plzeň und Domažlice ereignete sich damals ein schwerer Unfall und wir waren gezwungen eine Umleitung zu fahren. In dem Ort Holysov sahen wir den Gitarristen dann zum erste mal. Nachdem wir ein paar Fotos gemacht hatten fuhren wir zurück nach Deutschland. Jetzt begann die Leidenszeit. Der Gitarrist ging mir nicht mehr aus dem Kopf. Da ich weder den Namen der Ortschaft noch den der Schmiede kannte, begann ich über Google Earth damit die Umleitungsstrecke nach zu verfolgen. So fand ich den Ort und den Namen der Schmiede heraus. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war es aber nicht möglich die Statue mit nach Hause zu nehmen, da wir mit den Motorrädern im Urlaub waren. Nach ein paar Wochen entschlossen wir uns dann doch nochmals nach Tschechien zu fahren um den Gitarristen zu kaufen.
Er hat in Deutschland in der Nähe von Pirmasens ein neues Zuhause gefunden. Seitdem erfreuen wir uns jeden Tag an ihm und er begrüßt unsere Gäste direkt im Flur.
Sämtliche Freunde und Bekannte sind von der hervorragenden Arbeit der Schmiede Umělecké kovářství Brož & Ateliér 27 begeistert. Nicht selten machen sie ein Selfie von sich mit unserem Gitarristen.
We discovered the guitarist by chance while on vacation. A serious accident occurred on the main road between Plzeň and Domažlice and we were forced to take a detour. In the village of Holysov we saw the guitarist for the first time. After taking a few photos, we drove back to Germany. Now the time of suffering began. I couldn't get the guitarist out of my head. Since I didn't know the name of the village or that of the smithy, I started following the diversion route using Google Earth. So I found out the location and the name of the forge. At the time it was not possible to take the statue home with us because we were on vacation with the motorcycles. After a few weeks we decided to go to the Czech Republic again to buy the guitarist.
He has found a new home in Germany near Pirmasens. Since then we have enjoyed him every day and he greets our guests right in the hallway.
All friends and acquaintances are enthusiastic about the excellent work of the smithy Umělecké kovářství Brož & Ateliér 27. It is not uncommon for them to take a selfie of themselves with our guitarist.
