★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě je klinika jedno obrovské zklamání a to přesto, že se naše IVF podařilo, tak jsme byli s manželem při každé návštěvě naprosto otráveni přístupem a neochotou personálu. V rámci našeho IVF se u našeho případu vystřídali 4 lékaři, kde o navázaní nějaké důvěry nemůže být vůbec řeč. Co je ale ještě smutnější je chování IVF asistentek a slečen na recepci. Pozdravit klienta je obecně v této klinice velký problém a přijde mi úplně šílené, že kolem vás projde několik lidí a všichni vás úspěšně ignorují a nikdo není schopen základu slušného chování. Další velký problém je dovolatelnost, kdy jsme byli několikrát svědkem, kdy telefon zvoní a slečny se vesele baví dál a telefonáty ignorují, to stejné platí pro telefon na IVF asistentky. Nicméně když už máte to "štěstí" se dovolat tak máte chuť telefon zase rychle položit neb míra ochoty a příjemnosti dotyčné/dotyčných dam je opravdu děsivá.
Celý proces vás stojí neuvěřitelné množství nervů a peněz, rozmyslete si prosím, kde tyto chvíle chcete trávit - protože na této klinice to určitě NENÍ!
 For me, the clinic is one huge disappointment, and despite the fact that our IVF was successful, my husband and I were completely annoyed by the attitude and reluctance of the staff during each visit. As part of our IVF, 4 doctors took turns in our case, where there can be no question of establishing any trust at all. But what is even sadder is the behavior of IVF assistants and young ladies at the reception. Greeting a client is a big problem in this clinic in general, and I find it completely insane that several people pass by you and everyone successfully ignores you, and no one is capable of the basis of good behavior. Another big problem is the permissibility, when we have witnessed several times, when the phone rings and the girls cheerfully continue to have fun and ignore the phone calls, the same goes for the IVF assistant phone. However, if you are already "lucky" to call, you feel like putting the phone down again quickly because the degree of willingness and pleasantness of the lady (s) in question is really scary.
The whole process costs you an incredible amount of nerves and money, please think about where you want to spend these moments - because it is definitely NOT at this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unica Brno byla pro mne zázrakem.Po 7 letech zkoušení na dalších klinikách jsem byla neskutečně mile překvapená srdečným a velmi profesionálním přístupem personálu.Chci z celého srdce poděkovat paní doktorce Matskula , byla ke mě laskavá, upřímná a velice se snažila přijít na to, proč to stále dokola nejde...a povedlo se.Také bych touto cestou chtěla moc poděkovat paní Lidušce Kejíkové , která tam pro mě byla strážným andělem a paní embryoložce Jaksové , která ač není vidět , udělala maximum pro to, aby se vše povedlo.Ještě jednou moc děkuji všem na klinice....za vaši srdečnost a profesionalitu. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a single, successful, financially independent female looking into starting a family. I have reached out to this clinic for information about whether this clinic could assist me in my dream of becoming a mother. What I received was an email full of judgement & hate from their Head of SVK/CZ program Marcela Vesela. Her email stated (translated from Czech into English):
"Good day, do Slovak laws allow it (meaning: single individuals using assistive reproductive services)? Each child has a right to 2 parents - it is a basic right of a Czech child. The child's rights come first. I have 4 children and they have and know their father. I grew up without a father and I would not even wish it upon my enemy, especially my child. Recklessness of some women never stops to amaze me."
I consider this response extremely unprofessional. I did not ask for this employee's opinion about single-parenthood nor her life's details. This hateful rant was entirely unjustified as I was very professional in all of my communication (even in my email following this rudeness). I hope this clinic re-evaluates their communication strategy or staff that handles it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting some bad news about the condition of my oocytes, I looked into pregnancy via a egg donation. I was recommended Unica from a friend and I was really sold on the fact that I would be able to start my treatment right away because of their large donor egg bank, where they would be able to match me with a donated egg that shared my physical features. While the first 2 cycles were unsuccessfull, on my third complete cycle it finally happened, I became pregnant!

For the time we were there in Unica , we did not found any problems the staff and the the doctors are amazing and they really care for there patients and answers there queries in detail.
They speak good English.
What i liked about them is that always keep smiling which gives you positive vibes.
The Front desk does a perfect job too. Very active and helpful !
Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic and staff.. we were in treatment at the Prague Unica clinic, but had to have a ultrasound check during our trip and Moravia and the Brno staff welcomed us warmly.. a great atmosphere and friendly staff, just as we were used to from the Prague sister clinic.. thanks again to all of you to help our dream come true..
