They are making impression they are extremely busy, So every question comes to them is a big challenge, no ability to produce a minimum of smile. I like Benetton stuff, but I don't like to go to this shop ... I am not even sure if Benetton shop staff like their jobs & to be shop either ....

No one offered help for 15 minutes, shift manager doesn’t speak English.
They have sold me one shirt which was ripped, and when I wanted to exchange it they were rude and even explained that “the whole won’t rip any further...”
