Plusy jsou, že všechny funkcionality jsou již v základní nabídce, což je ideální pro rozjezd malých eshopů. Mínusy, že je v porovnání s jinými eshopovými řešeními k dispozici relativně málo šablon. I am satisfied with the overall solution of the e-shop, as well as with the support in case of requirements for individual adjustments. The advantages are that all functionalities are already in the basic offer, which is ideal for starting small e-shops. Cons that there are relatively few templates available compared to other eshop solutions.

To spousta dalších neumí. Se zákaznickou podporou jsem spokojen. Odpověď jsem obdržel vždy ve stejný den. Upgates má i FB stránku, kde už je velké množství uživatelů. Zde každý během pár minut reaguje na otázky a poradí. Za mě je upgates top poskytovatel a sám bych nevolil už žádný jiný. Zde jako příklad - greenfoodnutrition.at I highly recommend the upgates. The system has very extensive functions and is on a professional level. The design of the site can be modified in detail according to your ideas. Many others can't do that. I am satisfied with the customer support. I always received the answer on the same day. Upgates also has an FB page where there are already a large number of users. A	Antonín Blažek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systém Upgates používáme již dlouhou dobu a u více našich e-shopů. Systém poskytuje všechny funkce, které potřebujeme a to vše za přijatelnou cenu. Kromě vlastního času není potřeba žádná počáteční investice do vytvoření nového e-shopu. Nový e-shop je tak možné vytvořit a vyzkoušet s minimálními počátečními náklady, což považuji za největší výhodu. Systém také nabízí nebřeberné množství možností, jak může váš e-shop vypadat. Díky modulu Designer si můžete sami a zdarma měnit grafiku, aniž byste museli mít znalosti v programování grafiky. Zákaznická podpora dokáže zodpovědět nebo vysvětlit vaše dotazy a odpovídá rychle. Mínusem je, že se jedná o krabicové řešení, které je pro všechny e-shopy stejné, proto některé naše individuální požadavky nebylo možné realizovat a v některých věcech jsme se museli přizpůsobit nebo zvolit nějaký kompromis. Nebylo to však nic zásadního. We have been using the Upgates system for a long time and in several of our e-shops. The system provides all the functions we need, all at an affordable price. Apart from your own time, there is no need for an initial investment in creating a new e-shop. It is thus possible to create and try out a new e-shop with minimal initial costs, which I consider to be the biggest advantage. The system also offers a plethora of options for what your e-shop can look like. Thanks to the Designer module, you can change graphics yourself and for free, without having to have knowledge of graphics programming. Customer support can answer or explain your questions and answers quickly. The disadvantage is that it is a box solution, which is the same for all e-shops, so some of our individual requirements could not be implemented and in some things we had to adapt or choose a compromise. But it was nothing fundamental.

Určite odporúčam. It was the right decision to choose the Upgates. Perfect page load speed. Admin interface clear and easy to configure. All accessories included. I definitely recommend.

D	Dagmar Dvořáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nerozumím tomu, z jakého důvodu je při nemalých částkách, které my jako klienti platíme, problém zřídit telefonní technickou podporu. Nyní řeším duplicitní ID produktů, díky kterým mám na eshopu chybné ceny i skladovost. A jediné co mi zbývá, je doufat, že si nikdo tyto produkty neobjedná do doby, než mi někdo stylem jedna nekonkrétní odpověď za 3 hodiny odpoví. I do not understand why it is a problem to set up telephone technical support for the large amounts we pay as clients. Now I solve duplicate product IDs, thanks to which I have wrong prices and stock in the e-shop. And all I have left is to hope that no one will order these products until someone answers one non-specific answer in 3 hours.

Mám eshop sice o málo produktech, ale chci poskytovat tu největší kvalitu svým návštěvníkům a zároveň využít co největší míru automatizace v pozadí, propojení přes API na fulfillment a účetnitctví. Upgates je jediné řešení, které toto splňuje, aniž bych musel platit nejdražší řešení na trhu. Tento eshop má všechny funkce (hromadné slevy, napojení na banku, automatické emaily zákazníkům, historie odeslaných emailů, follow-ups na nezaplacené objednávky..), které jsem potřeboval, jsou navzájem důmyslně propojené, na výstupu se skvělými šablonami a to vše umí to za výbornou cenu. After testing many other Czech solutions, the best choice for me (Webnode and Shoptet tested). Although I have an e-shop with few products, I want to provide the highest quality to my visitors and at the same time use the greatest possible degree of automation in the background, connection via API for fulfillment and accounting. Upgates is the only solution that meets this without having to pay for the most expensive solution on the market. This e-shop has all the functions (bulk discounts, connection to the bank, automatic emails to customers, history of sent emails, follow-ups for unpaid orders ..) that I needed, they are ingeniously interconnected, with great templates on the output and it can do it all for a great price.
T	Time for JOKE: karetní hra plná zvratů a překvapení on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Platformu upgates můžeme vřele doporučit. Tvorba dizajnu na míru není problém a provedení je 100%. Admin je intuitivní, dobře se v něm pracuje. Jednoduché propojení se sociálními sítěmi, dopravci a spoustou dalších nabídek je u Upgates samozřejmostí. Po zkušenosti plánujeme převést k upgates další eshop. To asi mluví za vše. :-) We can highly recommend the upgates platform. Creating a custom design is not a problem and the execution is 100%. Admin is intuitive, it works well. Easy connection to social networks, carriers and many other offers is a matter of course at Upgates. After the experience we plan to transfer to upgates another eshop. That probably speaks for itself. :-)
