Až potom jsem kouknul na recenze tohoto dopravce a po přečtení tady těch všech negativních recenzí jsem začal trochu propadat panice.Obavy byly zbytečné,doručení balíčku proběhlo naprosto v pořádku,kurýr dopředu volal a já si převzal nepoškozený balíček,za mě tedy vše bez problémů. I ordered a package from Italy, where the only option was to choose a UPS carrier. Only then did I look at the reviews of this carrier and after reading all the negative reviews here, I started to panic a bit.

Zásilku doručili někomu úplně jinému - cizí firmě a když jsem se na placené infolince UPS dotazoval co s tím hodlají dělat bylo mi řečeno, že to zkusí nějak vyzvednout a doručit, že věci jako je tahle se přece stávají. K tomu myslím není co dodat. Forget everything that made UPS once so prized. What he is showing at this branch is a complete disaster. They delivered the shipment to someone completely different - a foreign company, and when I asked the paid UPS infoline what they were going to do with it, I was told that they would try to pick it up and deliver that things like this were happening. I don't think there's anything to add to that.
L	Lada E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termín doručení nikdo dopředu neavizoval až když řidič zásilku nedoručil přišel e-mail. Na zákaznickou linku se nedá dovolat. Kontakt na řidiče taky nikde nezajistím. Nejhorší přepravní služba v ČR. Nobody announced the delivery date in advance until the driver did not deliver the shipment and received an e-mail. It is not possible to call the customer line. I will not ensure contact with the driver anywhere either. The worst transport service in the Czech Republic.

Absolutne zadna mozna domluva. Mluvi porad dokola to stejne. U jinych prepravcu se da velmi lehce domluvit. A	Andrea Malikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balíček z Anglie na cestě skoro měsíc. I přesto, že byly uvedeny veškeré informace (jméno, email, telefon, atd) tak pořád údajně některý údaj scházel. Musela jsem telefonovat asi 8x než jsem vše vyřídila. Řidič nevolá, nikdo nikoho nekontaktuje o dni a čase doručení ani telefonicky ani emailem. Nakonec raději vyzvedneme na depu a budeme doufat, že nám balíček vydají. Už nikdy více!!!! A package from England on the road for almost a month. The driver does not call, no one contacts anyone about the date and time of delivery, either by phone or email. In the end, we would rather pick up at the depot and hope that they will give us the package. Nevermore!!!!
