K	Káťa Kačenka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerná zkušenost s touto kurýrní službou. Doručovaný balík, bez předchozího dohovoru a odsouhlasení po telefonu, předali paní u vjezdové brány do našeho objektu (je zde 100 bytů a 4 vchody s odlišnými čísly, tím pádem nemohlo být ani zajištěno doručení na správnou adresu), nezkontrolovali její totožnost (udala smyšlené jméno a kurýr se spokojil s tím, co paní sdělila a s jejím "podpisem") a balík v hodnotě cca 9 tisíc do dnešního dne nemám a peníze též ne. Už jsou to skoro dva měsíce. Nejvíc mě překvapilo, že kurýr se neobtěžoval se se mnou domluvit předem po telefonu a pak přístup této kurýrní služby k řešení celé události. Kurýr slíbil, že vše předá na jejich security oddělení, protože údajnou sousedku nenašel, což stejně neudělal a nic se dál nedělo. Dovedete si představit, jak ochotně se mnou lidé ze zákaznického centra mluvili, samé strojové odpovědi a žádné rychlé řešení. Rozhodně si sama tuto službu do budoucna nikdy nevyberu. Jejich doručovací podmínky jsou opravdu žalostné. Absolutely terrible experience with this courier service. Delivered package, without prior agreement and approval by phone, handed the lady at the entrance gate to our building (there are 100 apartments and 4 entrances with different numbers, so it could not even ensure delivery to the correct address), did not check its identity (gave a fictitious name and the courier was content with what the lady said and with her "signature") and a package worth about 9 thousand to date, and I do not have money. It's been almost two months. What surprised me most was that the courier did not bother to talk to me in advance on the phone and then access this courier service to solve the whole event. The courier promised to hand over everything to their security department because he did not find the alleged neighbor, which he did not do and nothing happened. You can imagine how willing people in the customer center spoke to me, all the machine answers and no quick solution. I will definitely never choose this service myself in the future. Their delivery terms are really pitiful.

Total disaster !! Never again UPS !! I've been trying to call there all day and nobody takes it from me. Without exaggeration the worst shipping company I have ever seen !!!

Na zákaznickou linku se nedá dovolat, po nějakém čase se hovor sám ukončí a voláte znovu a stejně zbytečně. 3 balíky, které měly jít spolu rozděleny a 3 balík stále nedoručen a bez jakéhokoli infa, kde je nebo kdy bude doručen. The worst shipping company I've ever used. It is absolutely impossible to find out at what time the package arrives. You can't call the customer line, after a while the call ends itself and you call again and just as unnecessarily. 3 packages that were supposed to go together split and 3 packages still undelivered and without any info where it is or when it will be delivered.
K	Katherine Ká on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prej nenalezen příjemce při tom nikdo nevolal, nepsal, nezvonil. Lístek jsem si našla přišpendlený na nástěnce vůbec ne ve schránce. QR kód nefunguje. Když se někam snažím dovolat, nikdo nezvedá. Následně mají všechny linky obsazené a následně už číslo hlásí že neexistuje! No recipient was found, no one called, did not write, did not ring. I found the ticket pinned to the bulletin board and not in the mailbox at all. QR code does not work. When I try to call somewhere, no one picks up. Subsequently, all lines are busy and then the number reports that it does not exist!
V	Vladimir Vogt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy nic neposílejte přes UPS, ještě horší služby než Pošta. Ve sledování vidíte, že balíček bude doručovaný v průběhu dne. Kontakt na řidiče není. Na lince vám kontakt na řidiče nedají a v podstatě povrdí, že máte celý den čekat na jejich kurýra. Zoufalci největší. Never send anything via UPS, even worse services than Mail. In the tracking you see that the package will be delivered during the day. There is no contact with the driver. They will not contact you on the line and will basically tell you to wait all day for their courier. The desperate greatest.

They don't require their drivers to call when delivering!?! They actually don't even provide company phones, so most drivers don't want to use their personal ones -_- Worst delivery company ever!
