★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opět nejhorší doručení. Řidič prozvoní a když mu zavoláte zpět do pěti minut už telefon nebere. Na doručovací adresu ani nedojel. Zkoušel jsem se dovolat 10x, pouze hláška že je po pracovní době nebo řidič přímo vypnul telefon. Zavolal jsem na infolinku PPL a tam pouze řekli, že to bude uložené na výdejně. Žádná snaha o řádné doručení zásilky. Nedoporučuji tuto přepravu, i Pošta je na tom o mnoho lépe.
Worst delivery again. The driver rings and when you call him back within five minutes, he doesn't pick up the phone. He didn't even get to the delivery address. I tried to call 10 times, only a message that it is after working hours or the driver turned off the phone directly. I called the PPL infoline and they only said that it would be stored at the dispensary. No effort to deliver the shipment properly. I do not recommend this transport, and the Post Office is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever parcel company. Over priced on usual items where other parcel delivery companies do better deal . Don’t understand what is so special about ppl. Especially dispatching items overseas or internationally within EU - joke.
Other problem you might find with this company having
difficulties to talk get on hold with top management claiming anything is night mare - avoid. Feel sorry for anyone who work there. I will not use this company in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. DHL use them but they've never completed a delivery to me. UPS, FedEx and DPD seem to cope but PPL are totally useless. They say they've delivered a package when they haven't and suppliers are still asking me about them weeks later. Need to change their management and get the police to investigate the disappearing packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless! Cancelled another appointment to wait at home for my parcel delivery. It never showed up in the prescribed hours. Then I received an email that PPL attempted to deliver the parcel and they tried to call me. I had no missed call from PPL. Had to collect the parcel from a pick up point. Would never use PPL again!
