n	naty naty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miesta ako úrady práce a pod. nie sú všeobecne obľúbené. Mám ale opakovane veľmi dobrú skúsenosť s pani Roubíčkovou. Je veľmi milá, ochotná, a pred odchodom sa mi vždy poďakuje :) Verím, že aj ostatní zamestnanci tejto inštitúcie sú aspoň zčasti takí ochotní. Places like labor offices, etc. they are not generally popular. But I have repeatedly had a very good experience with Mrs. Roubíčková. She is very nice, helpful, and I always thank you before leaving :) I believe that the other employees of this institution are at least partly so willing.
l	liska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost: úřednice mi telefonovala a chtěla ode mě vyplnit jeden formulář. Ochotně slíbila, že mi ho ihned posílá mailem, nebo alespoň odkaz, kde ho najdu. Nic nepřišlo ani za 4 dny. Formulář jsem našla, vyplnila a šla ho odevzdat do podatelny úřadu práce, která je v 1. patře MÚ Praha 13. Mají zamčeno a musí se zvonit na podatelnu. Přišla úřednice, vzala tiskopis a kopii, kterou jsem chtěla potvrdit, beze slova zase zamkla a nechala mě stát na chodbě, jak nějakého lumpa. Za chvíli přišla s potvrzenou kopií. Takovou podatelnu jsem ještě nikde nezažila, jednání jak za socializmu. Bad experience: the clerk called me and wanted to fill out a form from me. She willingly promised to send it to me immediately by e-mail, or at least a link where I could find it. Nothing came in 4 days. I found the form, filled it out and went to submit it to the filing office of the labor office, which is on the 1st floor of the Municipal Office in Prague 13. They are locked and have to ring the filing room. The clerk came, took the form and the copy I wanted to confirm, locked it again without a word, and let me stand in the hallway like a thug. In a moment she came with a certified copy. I have never experienced such a registry office, acting under socialism.

I had a bad experience before in a different branch and this place was nice. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. Helpful information desk, the lady helped at the ticket machine since i don't understand czech language and the lady that dealt with my case was friendly and it was very fast.
