★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto děsná instituce. Mají zde vyvolávací systém, ačkoliv nikdo nebyl dle lístku přede mnou, strávila jsem tu čekáním více než hodinu. Troufám si tvrdit, že státní správa z 19. století byla rychlejší než tenhle marast v době digitální.
 Absolutely terrifying institution. They have a call system here, although no one was in front of me according to the ticket, I spent more than an hour waiting here. I dare say that 19th-century government was faster than this digital divide.
