Terrible behavior of document legalization personnel (specifically Mr. Mgr.). Absolutely arrogant and even referring to their own pages, where they also have contradictory information. Arrogant as under socialism. The stranger from Puerto Rico treated me even worse and it just came and greeted. Probably because he wasn't white? I do not understand how an office where foreigners are expected to be contacted and the country's representation can employ such persons. If they don't like it, they can leave. My work does not allow me to behave so arrogantly and if I did, I would leave within 5 minutes.

The monumental palace was built for Humprecht Jan Černín from Chuděnice in the second half of the 17th century. The main designer was Francesco Caratti. Other architects - František Maxmilián Kaňka, Anselmo Martin Lurago and Pavel Janák in the 20th century - contributed to later modifications. The grounds of the palace with the garden were built on a number of houses that the builder Humprecht Jan Černín gradually redeemed. The construction began shortly after 1668 according to the plan of F. Caratti. After the middle of the 18th century, the palace was damaged several times during the siege of Prague. In 1923 the Czechoslovak government decided to join the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whose offices were scattered in several places in Prague. A year later, architect Pavel Janák won the competition for the completion and adjustment of the palace. Representative premises of the Černín Palace are a place of important meetings and serve for the needs of various conferences or meetings. It was here that the Warsaw Treaty was dissolved in the early 1990s.

Po 19 minutách čekání, kdy mi dobu "zpříjemňovala" hudba vyvolávající holitropni dýchání a hypertenzi, mi nejspíše odborná referentka nebyla schopna říci, kam lze vycestovat pokud jste vakcinován. Jediné co paní dělá, je rozklikavani daných zemí a tam informace hledá... myslím si, že by mi ministerstvo mohlo mít "interní tabulku", kde to lidé na infolince naleznou.....Smysluplnost a užitečnost linky je 0.
Hello, in my review I rate "covid line for the purpose of travel". After 19 minutes of waiting, when my time was "made more pleasant" by music causing holitropic breathing and hypertension, the expert was probably not able to tell me where to go if you are vaccinated. All the lady does is click on the countries and look for information there ... I think the ministry could have an "internal table" where people can find it on the infoline ..... The meaning and usefulness of the line is 0.

Unfortunately, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has incompetent employees. One of such workers is Ms. S. Krysa, who does not carefully consider appeals of Ukrainian citizens in case of violations of Ukrainian legislation by employees of the Ukrainian consulate, which encourages arbitrariness in Ukrainian consulates abroad and contributes to the negative pattern of both diplomatic service and the state of Ukraine. according to the Constitution of Ukraine, it should be legal, but it is not. Ms. S. Krysa violates the law of Ukraine on citizens' appeals, ignoring the issues raised in the complaints and stating that their letters are exhaustive, although the complainant determines whether he has received answers to the issues raised and allows himself bold expressions such as "Please note".

A beatiful building, but problematic staff. Quite many of them that I have met had serious deficiencies in competence and communication.
