I have experienced kidney colic three times, I came to the emergency room with great back pain, I know what colic is and I know when it is from the back and when from the stone. Here, the nurse in the emergency room began to question me obstructively, to twist me, the girls probably didn't want to mess with me ....... I teased them and left as many as a week. Thanks to the hospital in Příbram !!!! You saved me!

I already have two experiences with this Urology Outpatient Clinic. The first was in the spring of 2021, when I arrived at the hospital with a 40'C fever, a terrible back pain, I couldn't even pee, and the nurse at the front desk refused to accept me. I kept listening "you don't have a request, that's not how it works here, go to the circuit breaker" .. it was incredibly unpleasant and inhuman. She sent me home .. that day I went to the hospital again, now to another ward, where I was told about acute bilateral renal inflammation (CRP over 360) .. total sepsis, a few weeks I was hospitalized in the urology department, they did not take any antibiotics, I caught pneumonia there. And the second experience is from last week, again a fever at 40'C .. again kidney pain, it lasted the third day, so I decided to visit the hospital, which is my catchment (so Vinohrady) .. at the reception again two unpleasant nurses. They had a problem with everything I said, at first they refused to accept me. I explained my situation to them that I had a district doctor outside Prague who had not yet been used to it. My nurse replied that a lot of people come up with it so they can come here. The approach is terrible !!! I have never seen anyone so evil, reluctant, inhuman. Sisters like that have nothing to do there. A person goes there when he is really at his worst, slowly crying and instead of helping he gets just such a disgusting approach. Not to mention that during the 3 hours of waiting in the hallway, meanwhile, the nurse at the front desk reluctantly fired a few people who had problems. Furthermore, the nurses talked loudly about the patients (us) who sat in the waiting room, that we were making fun of them, that they would give us a finger and we would rip off their hand and other things .. it was not pleasant at all and they were very well aware that we hear them. The sister was obviously annoyed that she couldn't drink her morning coffee in peace and finish the snack she was chewing on when I arrived. It ended up that I got antibiotics and they told me not to go there for a check-up and find a clinic. It turned me on so much that I decided to take a picture of who just served there (I hope it was up to date) and I hope that the management of Vinohrady Hospital will do something about it. I think I'm a pretty humble patient, but the experience of this urology clinic is unparalleled. I brought my stepfather here, who had been urinating and hurt since the morning. The nurse in the window immediately started what she was doing here to go to a special urologist. And how is it possible that in the 60's he has none. We argued for a while that he didn't mean it and that any normal person would go to the hospital with something like that. I will not even comment on this sister's further behavior. But there are people who should not work in such fields at all

I understand that at three in the morning the doctor will probably not be smiling and in the best of moods, but what Baitler showed ... the worst experience with our healthcare yet. An ambulance brought us in and we listened to the paramedics for the first five minutes. What did they allow us to take us to the Vinohrady Hospital at all? In response to the fact that Bulovka is full, he started again, that he would verify that he would complain to the paramedics, etc. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. During the examination, Mr. "Doctor" was incredibly arrogant and unpleasant. Human dignity is largely unknown to him. We are considering an official complaint about his actions.
