Musím říct,že naprostá spokojenost,maximální ochota, preciznost a péče,a hlavně zbytečné strachy...Jsou vidět zápal pro profesi. Vše hodnotím velmi pozitivni a rozhodně doporučuji ! DĚKUJI ! I přesto, že byla neděle a přišla jsem spíše s banalnim problémem (jak se ukázalo), personál byl velmi milý a profesionální. Urcite doporučuji tuto oční pohotovost. Byla jsem objednaná na přesný čas na měření zraku Pročkala jsem celou hodinu a za celou dobu jen sestřička,která neovládala bazální komunikaci vyšetřila oční tlak a řekla ať počkám v čekárně Tam jsem strávila tu hodinu spolu se spoustou dalších pacientů a odešla, protože musela ještě bezet do práce a na otázky personálu, kdy už mě konečně zavolají , všichni jen říkali "že už je skoro, za chvilku, jen doktor přijde z oběda a dovysetri nějaké svoje pacienty" Extrémně špatný přístup Půlhodinové vyšetření zdarma provede skoro každá optika, zvlášť když jste objednání na konkrétní termín a takové zážitky fakt nikomu nepřejí The worst experience of all clinics. V čekárně bylo lidí dost, ale odsýpalo to. Sestřička byla stále velmi milá a příjemná i když měla práce opravdu nad hlavu a nezastavil se. Když jsme se dostaly na řadu, tak jsme se i v ordinaci citily velice dobře, paní doktorka byla také moc příjemná a precizně dceru vyšetřila. Dostaly jsme recept a podrobné instrukce. Tímto moc děkuji za profesionální a lidský přístup i když to leckdy určitě nebude pro personál procházka růžovou zahradou. Za nás velké díky ?❤? . HOWEVER everyone was really nice and professional to me and they DID have helped me. So I would recommend this place to others with no hesitation.
