The nurses in the neonatal ward are both guardian angels, the mayor and the doctor doing the maximum for babies, much more than they would have to. Together, they make you feel safe, even if you don't have to be ridiculous, at a time when you can't even have visitors to support your loved ones, their support has been far more important than ever. jindy. I'm so sorry that someone else has a bad experience with the clinic. Despite my traumas, I have a fantastic experience with the clinic during surgery. For the team that took care of me before and during the operation - I was with you on December 3, 2021, in the morning. The nurses and the doctors explained everything to me, the operating lady, when she saw me knocking, she understood everything and she was extremely nice. The anesthesia doctor was guilty of forgetting to tell me where she had bought a "great ovary" the day before. Everyone tried to reassure me, including my dear brother, and there were 11 patients that day. After 2 days nothing hurts, no complications, I was already "lightly playing sports". If I had to have surgery again, I would go there with permission (I completed the 1st step at this clinic in 2017 and even though it wasn't bad, the improvement in 2020 was noticeable).

The worst experience in life with hospital staff. It was a tragedy from coming to the hospital with contractions until leaving after giving birth 5 days later. Nurses terrible, uncomfortable, doctors just as horrible. Everything was different than on the antenatal course, it was all about how they go out of their way to meet the mothers, my mother has the options for pain relief, etc. How we have to prepare a birth plan. The fact was that the staff was rude, he did not ask, he said vulgarly about the plan. And I didn't even want anything, she just wanted something from the pain and the presence of my husband. I had paid for an above-standard room, I got one and an arranged obstetrician who did not have time, so he asked another doctor, who is certainly a professional but again unpleasant. The birth was complicated, eventually after 7 hours of birth (26 hours from the first contractions) the acute emperor. The baby and I are healthy, my belly is a little badly sewn up, I'm said to have bled a lot. However, we are healthy, I can't judge the expertise, I was under anesthesia and my husband was not with the emperor (which I understand). I only judge behavior, not expertise. After giving birth, whenever my mother went for advice or sunar, they opened up or came up with rude: so what do you want? when asked about the advice of first-time mothers, they answered: do you know that, not me, you are a mother! As I watched in the hallway, they treated every mother. They treated children like things. They behaved acceptably only when one did not want anything and did not ask questions. What is it with this department that almost everyone there is so rude, arrogant and treats people like cockroaches? Are the sisters so overworked and disgusted? How is it that such a concentration of poisoned people is exactly where children are born and where mothers and their newborns are recovering? I wrote a complaint to the hospital, I never received a response.

Great staff (except maybe one nurse we came across at night)! My experience first is from the night emergency, where there was a very nice doctor, Mr. Šenkýřová. I also appreciate the stay in the gynecology department, the nurses and doctors were amazing, especially the anesthesiologist in the hall. They were all a great psychological support to me all the time :). In addition, I must appreciate Mr. Halaška. He dealt admirably with the complicated and infrequent problem I encountered.

Complete satisfaction both on a professional and human level. I gave birth for the first time three years ago and again two months ago. Now beautifully newly renovated birthing rooms (which is a very nice change of 200%). Now the second birth, the nurses and doctors, from the first moment to say goodbye when leaving the confinement, were so kind and gentle approach that it is still almost can not believe it. All the doctors (headed by MD. Nikola Kotršálovou a midwife whose name unfortunately I do not know), nurses and auxiliary forces among my great gratitude and utter confidence.

I was giving birth in Vinohrady 14 days ago unplanned, because I was sent there at 4 in the morning from Bulovka, where they had a stop. The birth eventually took 35 hours (since the water burst), so I think I had plenty of time to look at it there - and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. The delivery room is a luxury, the midwives are absolutely golden, my partner could be with me all the time, the bathtub was also stabbing. Due to health complications, the nurses immediately took her to the ICU, where she spent 2 days on phototherapy and then put her in my room for the next 4 days. And I must say that I was excited about all the staff - all the nurses in the ICU always helped us and especially Dr. Krejčová with her incredibly human and at the same time professional approach she was able to calm me down a lot :) so I definitely recommend all ten for me (maybe just take something for breakfast, don't eat fresh puffy pastries :)
