★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si vánoční balíček s kosmetikou a po jeho doručení jsem zjistila že jeden produkt z vánočního balíčku má menší obsah balení než bylo deklarovano na web. stránkách. Na email nikdo nereaguje mobilní číslo nikdo nezvedá na SMS také nikdo nereaguje. Jsem velice zklamaná.
Upravují svoji recenzi. Pan se ozval a omluvil se za chybu na eshopu. Nabídl adekvátní kompenzaci. Obchod doporučuji.
I ordered a Christmas package with cosmetics and after receiving it I found out that one product from the Christmas package has less content than it was declared on the web. website. No one responds to the email no one answers the SMS and no one responds. I'm very disappointed.
They are editing their review. Mr. spoke and apologized for the mistake in the eshop. He offered adequate compensation. Shop recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod s radostí doporučuji. Objednávala jsem zde již 2x. Pokaždé velmi rychlé vyřízení a zaslání.
U 2. obj. jsem si zvolila špatné pumpičky k šamponům. Ten den mi hned volali, aby mne o této skutečnosti informovali a zaměnili za pumpičky vhodné k objednaným produktům.
Takového jednání a uvažování nad zpracováváním objednávek si velice cením, protože se tato chyba může stát každému :)

I am happy to recommend the store. I have already ordered here twice. Very fast processing and shipping every time.
At the 2nd volume, I chose the wrong shampoo pumps. They immediately called me that day to inform me of this fact and to exchange them for pumps suitable for the ordered products.
I really appreciate such actions and thinking about order processing, because this mistake can happen to everyone :)
