I was happy today. The lady was helpful, she advised me and they had everything I needed.

Prodavacka v tomto obchode je nenapomocna aroganti az vztekla furie... Kez by ji nekdo uz vyrazil (nebo se treba vyrazila sama), pak by tam clovek chodil i rad nakupovat.
The saleswoman in this shop is helpless with arrogants, and furie was angry ...

Naprosto souhlasim s hodnocenim pana Davida. Osoba ktera zde "prodava" neni ochotna udelat nic z popisu sve prace prodavacky. V zaveru odmitne obslouzit uplne- asi moc pracné... Rovnez preji prijemne zkrachovani tohoto podniku. Za mne nikdy vice! The worst service ever...Nastesti existuje prijemna konkurence na Brezovych Horach u Břendy☺
I completely agree with Mr David's assessment. The person who "sells" here is not willing to do anything from the description of his job as a saleswoman. She doesn't know what my goods cost me and she doesn't care. When the customer tries to pick up these insignificant details, he is unpleasant and arrogant or even aggressive. In the end, he refuses to serve completely - probably too laborious ... He also wishes for a pleasant bankruptcy of this company. Never again for me! The worst service ever ... Fortunately, there is a pleasant competition in Brezovy Hory near Břendy☺

Pokud chcete cestovat v case a zazit pravy socialisticky zazitek s prodavackou kterou pouze obtezujete. Worst service I have seen in forever and that includes some developing countries. Avoid as plague.
If you want to travel in time and experience a real socialist experience with a saleswoman you are just harassing. He responds to the greeting with a contemplative bite of an apple and a look "what do you want here" and with the approach of the customer can only kiss my ass, so do not hesitate to visit this ironworks. You may even be able to buy what you need, but if you do not go for experiences but for tools and the like - I highly recommend going to a nearby OBI or any other place where they will treat you as a customer and not as human waste. If you have a negative number of stars, then this store has the full number. The only thing I want for this business is an early crash to make room for someone who understands at least the basics of good manners. Worst service I have seen in forever and that includes some developing countries. Avoid as plague.

Po včerejší návštěvě plně souhlasím s Davidem. Reálný socializmus v praxi. Chování prodavačky je takové jaké si pamatuji z dob socializmu, tedy silná neochota. Místo pozdravu otázka: " Co potřebujete? ".
After yesterday's visit, I fully agree with David. Real socialism in practice. The behavior of the saleswoman is as I remember from the times of socialism, ie a strong reluctance. Instead of greeting the question: "What do you need?". After a while, I struggled not to send the lady where she belonged and left. A real open-air museum of Bolshevik general merchandise.

Vše pomůže vyřešit, poradí a pomůže. ?
My repeated experience: when I meet the lady behind the counter, she is not very friendly, but when the master is there, he is really very nice. Everything will help solve, advise and help. ?
