★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto návštěvu velmi nedoporučuji. Může se vám také stát, že přijdete ve 35 a musíte 25 minut čekat. Ne každému to možná vadí, ale já jsem měl zrovna na spěch.
I do not highly recommend this visit. You may also arrive at 35 and have to wait 25 minutes. Not everyone may mind, but I was in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice ochotná a milá obsluha. Sice byla za okénkem cedulka, že šla paní do banky, ale byl zde údaj kdy odešla a kdy se asi vrátí. Nakonec přišla ještě mnohem dříve. Jako prodejce a také sám na prodejně plně chápu, že člověk potřebuje na chvíli někam skočit. A pokud lidé umí číst, tak mohou počkat.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Although there was a sign behind the window that the lady went to the bank, but there was an indication of when she left and when she would probably return. She finally came much earlier. As a salesman and also in the store itself, I fully understand that one needs to jump somewhere for a while. And if people can read, they can wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na prodejně nikdo není, i když mají už hodinu mít otevřeno. Volá se na číslo, jednou to někdo vezme, podruhé ne. Teprve 15 minut po urgování telefonem někdo reálně dorazí na prodejnu. Doporučuji volat předem a i pak dorazit alespoň po 20-30 min od telefonátu.
There is no one in the store, even if they have been open for an hour. The number is called, once someone takes it, the second time not. Only 15 minutes after urging by phone, someone actually arrives at the store. I recommend calling in advance and even then arrive at least after 20-30 minutes from the phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “I just going to kill him” (me - a costumer) was a comment of a lady making an exchange. I have not experienced such a rude behavior in long long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best place to exchange currency in Vrchlabí. I am working outside Czech Republic for years and haven't find any better currency exchange rates around. In case you are changing over the minimum VIP amount ( €1000) , ask the staff at the desk for VIP card and next time you'll get even better rate.
