★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malebné místo na skalním ostrovu na soutoku tří potoků poblíž osady Varta obklopené a chráněné vyššími vrcholy okolních kopců bych nazval místem, kde dříve stávala zřícenina hradu Vrata. K místu vede turistická stezka z Olešnice do Velkého Března nebo Březí. Místo stojí za zastavení.
A picturesque place on a rock island at the confluence of three streams near the village of Varta, surrounded and protected by higher peaks of the surrounding hills, I would call a place where the ruins of Vrata Castle used to stand. There is a hiking trail from Olešnice to Velké Březno or Březí. The place is worth stopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pod názvem zřícenina hradu si představuji alespoň něco, co by vzdáleně připomínalo zbytky hradeb. V případě Varty se jedná pouze o nízký kopeček uprostřed lesa, na jehož vrcholu je nízká zídka a několik propadlin. Docela zklamání! ?
Under the ruins of the castle, I imagine at least something remotely reminding of the remnants of the walls. In the case of Varty, it is only a low hill in the middle of the forest, with a low wall and several forts. Quite disappointing! ?
