★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zamówienie dotarło w rozpadającej się paczce, płyn do płukania zniszczył cześć pozostałych produktów z zamówienia. Pani z obsługi nawet nie zainteresowała się sprawą, odesłała mnie do firmy kurierskiej, a ta z kolei z powrotem do nadawcy. Co za bałagan.
The order arrived in a decaying package, the rinse aid destroyed some of the remaining products on the order. The service lady did not even get interested in the matter, she sent me back to the courier company, which in turn, returned to the sender. What a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zásilka dorazila s 80% znehodnocením obsahu, díky laxnosti a nedbalosti při zabalování. 2 špatně uzavřené a vylité produkty. Po sdělení tohoto incidentu přišlo přes email ubohé strohé vyjádření, ať se obrátím na PPL (já nemám čas řešit váš špatný přístup a jediné co, tak je tato pravdivá recenze) Hodiny sice fungují avšak po žádosti přes email k personálu dedra alespoň vyměnit za jinou barvu, jelikož barva svícení byla na obrázku zkreslená a jiná než ve skutečnosti, tak přišla další totální ignorace, že to zkrátka není možné a tečka. Tuto firmu 100% nedoporučuji a doporučuji veškeré ať již obdobné, stejné či mnohem lepší produkty u kvalitní konkurence.
The shipment arrived with 80% deterioration of the contents, due to laxity and negligence in packaging. 2 poorly sealed and spilled products. After the announcement of this incident, a poor austere statement came via email, let me contact PPL (I don't have time to deal with your bad attitude and the only thing, this is a true review) , because the color of the lighting was distorted in the picture and different than in reality, so came another total ignorance that this is simply not possible and a dot. I do not 100% recommend this company and I recommend all similar, the same or much better products from quality competition.
