If looking for a long-lost remote or replace a faulty/discontinued one, look no further. These guys sure know their remotes and the quality is more than fine. For older hardware, these replacement, custom remotes can come really handy since the original manufacturers often either no longer produce them, or charge ridiculously high prices for a replacement.

I have been looking for a replacement controller to my 25 year old Harmon-Kardon receiver for years and years. Ive ordered what were said to be exact replacements, but they never fully worked. I was about to give up and just put the receiver in the garage for good. But I figured I'd give it one last shot. So I ordered from VAT Electronics... Halfway around the world. I got it in the mail today. It only took about 15 days(from Czechia to Pennsylvania, USA) and it is fully functional. Not only that but they sent me a button schematic too. Finally. I can't tell you how happy this makes me. Dramatic.. I know but It's the little things that count and this company came through in a big way. If you're in the position I was in a few weeks ago, give these guys a shot.

I bought a TV remote handset on 14th September which arrived and worked (most of the buttons anyway !) for one day but then ceased to function despite inserting new batteries. I have since emailed the company for some help , twice, but to date have not received any answer. Neither to say my email was received nor to assure me that the matter was being attended to. I have also attempted to phone (usually busy ) and when connected (after numerous attempts) the phone rings a couple of times but is then deliberately disconnected ! This company really needs to change its customer relations because at present it stinks, they are seemingly unwilling to enter any kind of dialogue which is no way to treat a source of revenue and to gain any future business. A reply to this post would be much appreciated. Response received and the matter dealt with promptly and satisfactorily, my thanks to the owner who acted in a very courteous fashion. So I will certainly continue to deal with this company when and if the need arises. Many thanks, Nic T

I normally never review stores but this one sure earns my time warning other customers. Store sell replacement remotes as expected but the bad thing about the website is, they sneaky as in you pick one remote with an product number but once in shopping basket and payed for, store changes item to completely different one. The picture still shows item you picked even the description and the link is same. Once you receive the item, it's completely different one, store instead sends out the biggest ugliest remote ever made. Confronting them isn't worth your time because they instead tell you, you did wrong even tho you have proof about what you actually ordered and that the issue is website related. Instead of them actually realize they done wrong they state the obvious " we are a serious business, we aren't scammers" what's that saying? If you have to say it.... *Warning* I picked remote number 4 but instead received remote number 2 and they play blaming game. Avoid this store they try every single ugly trick and funny is they blame the customer for doing wrong instead of actually being serious solving the issue. But hey, it seems those 15 euros really hurt the store if they would need to replace the item and do right. What a disgrace, 15 euros, disgrace of a store and 0 customer service. I hope you go bankrupt.
