★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud hledáte klidné bydlení, tak nedoporučuji, většina obyvatel z ciziny a s nočním klidem si tam nikdo starosti přes týden nedělá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V našich českých podmínkách naprosto úchvatné bydlení. Bratr se švagrovou si skutečně svůj byteček nemůže vynachválit a tak i my zařizujeme a snažíme se koupit byteček v zeleném bloku a opravdu veříme že to vyjde. Pro nás mladé fakt krása a ještě k tomu v Malvazinkách.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bydlení lehce moderní, chodba i občas voní, hluk celkem častý a velký, lidé zde chodí na noční směny tak dorazí např. o 0:30 domů a mají hlad, to se dá pochopit. Ale bohužel zde žijí i divní lidé pod vlivem. Ale myslím, že je to v paneláku nebo činžáku normální, pokud chci klid, jdu žít do baráku někde u lesa.
Living slightly modern, the hallway sometimes smells, the noise is quite frequent and large, people go on night shifts here, so they arrive home, for example, at 0:30 and are hungry, that is understandable. But unfortunately, we also live strange people under the influence. But I think it's normal in a block of flats or an apartment building, if I want peace, I'm going to live in a barrack somewhere near the forest.
