★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezké místo "jen na pohled", protože bydlení je zde pro bohaté a cizince a jinak jsou tady už jen honosné administrativní budovy a fontány s lavičkami k odpočinku...
Nice place "just for the sight", because the housing is here for the rich and foreigners and otherwise there are only spectacular administrative buildings and fountains with benches to rest ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Další hezká administrativní budova s pěkně upraveným okolím, ale z praktického hlediska zajímavá spíše jen pro movité firmy, související bytová výstavba pak vzhledem k cenám pouze pro vyvolené.
Another nice office building with nicely landscaped surroundings, but from a practical point of view rather interesting only for movable companies, the related housing construction, due to prices only for the chosen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dynamica is a modern office building?, constructed as the part of the Project Waltrovka, developed by Penta Investments?. The building has been completed recently(in 2018✅) and so far you can find one public restaurant? (Dynamica Bistro) on the ground level with outdoor seating⛱, one sports shop??♂️ in preparation phase and the surroundings with benches, fountain?, trees? and beautiful lawn?. The whole location feels very airy? and organic? with a modern design and architecture, which follows the footsteps of the Aviatica building in its neighborhood. Personally, I like this place a lot?, even though the ongoing construction? of apartment buildings is still in the immediate vicinity.???
