★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívili jsme dnes prodejnu na Waltrovce s tím, že by si manžel koupil nové kolo Scott. Při vstupu do prodejny to silně zapáchalo parfémem a personál jsme evidentně vyrušili u kávičky, První co se dozvíte je, že pro vás žádné kolo nemají, v prodejně se cítíte velmi nepříjemně, jako byste překáželi. Prodavače téměř abyste k obsluze nutili. Po této zkušenosti zvolíme jinou značku. V této prodejně si určitě nikdy nic kupovat nebudeme, jedna hvězdička je za prostor prodejny a zboží. Nedoporučuji
We visited a store in Waltrovka today with the understanding that my husband would buy a new Scott bike. Upon entering the store, it smelled strongly of perfume and we obviously disturbed the staff with a coffee. You almost force the sellers to operate. After this experience, we will choose another brand. We will definitely never buy anything in this store, one star is for the store space and goods. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní spokojenost. Po tom, co mi jiný dodavatel neustále posouval dodání kola Scott Spark, jsem tam objednávku zrušil a vzal skladovku v Endophinu. Všechno proběhlo jak mělo, super přístup, můžu jen chválit.
Když jsem o týden později jeli na víkend na hory a kamarádovi se rozsypala přehazovačka, ochotně nám vyšli vstříc a udělali nám servis na počkání při cestě přes Prahu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High priced, compared to shops in Germany quite expensive. Probably you can find stuff you need but if I would be store manager, I would try to change price policy, otherwise this shop will not survive in this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brand new gravel bike was stolen from the basement of our building and was found abandoned and badly damaged after the thief failed to remove the D-lock from the frame. The team at Endorphin Republic replaced all of the damaged component parts but they also cleaned up and serviced all the non-damaged parts. Most impressively they managed to completely repair and respray the frame removing all the damage that was done with whatever tools were used in the robbery so that it looks even better than before. It seems to ride better too and I'm convinced they did some work on it that they didn't charge me for. I have a bike with a story now and thanks to the team at ER it has a happy end.
