We spent New Year's week 2020 in Prague. Very good impressions of the organization of rest by vedi employees. Special thanks to Margarita, Xenia and Maryana! Real professionals who gave us a chic experience!

Disgusting service: stayed at the Albatross Botel, in the room there is a toilet and a shower of 2 square meters. meters in one booth (room for a minute for two), no amenities in the room, except for changing towels there (and the semi-dirty bring, you need to follow). Even things cannot be patted, it is necessary to wait for 7 am, and to pay around 150 rubles for one thing, they don't give pats themselves. About breakfast time was not warned, i.e. if you did not have time to eat before 10:00 (it doesn’t matter that you may want to sleep longer, you came to rest), then you are left without breakfast, which is included in the price! Prague is really a very beautiful and interesting city, but living in a hotel spoils everything, I put one star for rating, because three stars, as stated, he does not pull at all !!!!

All year, our family was looking forward to a trip to Prague with a mandatory two-day excursion "Munich, Bavaria + Bavarian dream." Spending the night in a beautiful hotel among the alpine landscapes and the unusual aromas of the meadows, we had heard from friends and friends of friends who had been on this tour last year and this year. But to us, three days before the trip, the company announced that it was changing the place to spend the night at a hotel in a small town near Munich. We drove a family of four and did not cancel the trip, although it was a bit insulting. But the place where we were brought to spend the night caused just shock and indignation of all the tourists. First, the bus turned off the highway and began circling the deserted roads of a large industrial area among buildings similar to hangars, huge warehouses and parking lots of hundreds of cars and finally drove up to a nondescript gray building, this was the hotel, which was replaced by Alpine suburbs. “Emotional Odessans who traveled with children just became hysterical. We tried to control ourselves and find out from the guide where the industrial zone ends, where we were brought in, and the residential area begins. It turned out to be“ only three kilometers ”(the words of a cheerful guide) , but you cannot get there either by public transport, or by taxi, only on foot. Maybe for someone 6 kilometers (there and back) after a walking tour of Munich is a trifle, but my husband and I are people of old age and such self-torture second sightseeing tour We were not able to do it. As at least some kind of compensation, we asked to organize a group transfer to the center of the town at least in one direction, we were ready to pay, but we were refused. The only thing that the guide could offer, his accompaniment, so that the people would not got lost in the deserted industrial zone.Four people ventured on this walk, the rest were forced to spend the whole evening (from 19.00) in a hotel without air conditioning, without a kettle and a refrigerator in the room and admire the warehouse of the industrial zone. We are outraged by the unevenness and inequality of the replacement of the hotel offered to us. We wish those who organized this lawlessness, that his relatives and friends would feel for themselves what we had to face during the trip we dreamed of for a whole year. By the way, emotional women from Odessa, having called to Odessa, made their hysterical compensation in the form of additional excursions. By sending a letter to Moscow, we received a reply from the Czech side about what a wonderful hotel they provided for us. Even an apology is not brought. The trip took place three days ago (6-7 July), and the bitterness of disappointment has remained to this day.

Thank you very much for the mass of impressions! My wife and I went on an excursion to the castle of Lednice and Mikulov - wonderful places to visit in the Czech Republic, and what kind of wine we were treated to)

One of these days I managed to visit a very interesting excursion to the castles of Zbiroh and Krivoklat! This trip impressed me with its informative, knowledge and personal interest of the guide.
