Best Vegetarian restaurant in Czech

D	Daria H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for inconsistent opening times, 5 stars for the food. Vegtral has been one of the favourite places for me in Prague, and I kept going there, often inviting my friends to come with me, primarily because of how good their food is (my favourites: Linda McCartney's burger with cranberry jam and a halloumi tortilla). But, each time we were coming back, the restaurant's door was almost always closed before our faces. I understand that it could be hard for small businesses to be working at the full capacity these days but being clear about your opening hours would also be a good idea to retain your guests' loyalty. For instance, yesterday we were hoping to get a quick nice meal before everything closes, and came to Vegtral at 9:18pm, and were told that the place had already closed. Before that on multiple occasions we were also persistently told to leave early. The food is worth it but the attitude towards potential guests is something that could put you off the most delicious dish.

You can get some delicious czech beer or a lot of different kinds of sodas. Also prices are below average for Prague and especially for that awesome food it's a very good deal! Local place that we highly recommend to everyone who'd like to experience an enjoyable evening.
A	Aina valentí on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a good, cozy vegetarian restaurant, Vegtral is a really good idea! They have a nice menu with also vegan options. You can find burgers, dips, quesadillas, salads... And all kind of amazing food for a very cheap price! The service was good and fast and the waitress talked a bit of English. It was my second time and we will come back!

The service was friendly and the food probably the best veggie food we found in Prague. I had the burger that was wrapped in chapati and my wife had the halloumi burger. Mine was unusually juicy for a veggie burger and hers was good too, although not as special as mine. The (baked?) potatoes that came with it were super tasty as well. For dessert we had carrot cake, which was excellent as well. Not too sweet, but just right.

The menu is mostly vegetarian but it is great that some options can be veganized, which is great ? The portions are very big, beyond filling and very delicious ? I got the falafel plate and my bf got the haloumi bowl (see pics) and they were very yummy and filling ? We also got two soups- I got the veganized borsch and my bf got the hungarian soup, and even if we chose the small portions for the soups we thought that they were very big compared to other restaurants(sorry for the lack of pics of the soups but we were very hungry and they were veeery good ?). Considering the amount of food we ordered, we considered that we made an awesome deal by paying only 14 euro for two persons ? Totally recommend this place for vegetarians/vegans/omnivores ??
