★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký háj se táhne mezi katastry Braník a Krč. Jde nejen o krásné, ale i významné území, protože tu byl les zachován po velice dlouhou dobu - nebyl nikdy preměněn na pole nebo pastvinu. Proto se některé zdejší druhy rostlin nevyskytují nikde jinde. Lesy hlavního města Prahy se starají o ochranu dřevin, i když les až na malou část není ve vlastnictví města, patří několika soukromým majitelům.
