It was three years ago and of course I have documents (even from the insurance company) that would be enough to scan and send here. But you're not worth the effort and, most importantly, I don't want to remind you of the horror you left my car in even worse condition! There is one scene in the movie U-Turn where Billy Bob Thornton plays a crazy car repairman. I don't know why, but every time I see that movie, I remember you.

Good day. Terrible service. Arrogant approach to the customer. Basically, it is not possible to agree. I had '' only '' technically checked the car here. Result? For CZK 2,000, they will just tell you that the car is for depreciation. Next thing, I had the battery checked at the vehicle and didn't figure out the problem. So they solved it by ordering a new one in approx. 4000 crowns. Great. As a result, the battery works. Another problem, everyone is looking at you naively, as if they understand you and know nothing at all. You want one or two things for them and they drive the whole car. To get the money out of you. Bad, they didn't figure out the problem and looked for problems elsewhere. Bad approach to the customer. They robbed me of what was at stake. Result? Original problem not fixed. Never more. Ordering low-quality, most expensive parts. AVOID!

I am very dissatisfied with their work.

An unprofessional and arrogant approach, not to mention the expertise of mechanics, they may still manage to change piece by piece or change the oil, but once an unexpected defect occurs, they don't know how to talk, lots of talk and withdraw money for slowly replacing the whole car before the defect is removed, experts say. ..and now to my experience: I went to a regular climate service with a FUNCTIONAL climate, I repeat functional, before the holiday I wanted to disinfect, check or add ... in short, routine maintenance, the price is about 2500 CZK, and I should not do that, after picking up the car, it started buzzing strangely from the engine when the climate was on, and smoking stopped after the mallow stopped completely. Out of fear, I turned it off and took it back and described the problem, after which I probably had a problem according to their behavior, that I dared to go back and claim that they made the functional climate non-functional. Well, they didn't know what to do, they changed what they could, they pulled another 2,000 or more out of me, and the problem was still the same, they said that replacing the compressor then I said that until they touched it all worked ... out of anger and despair I called the competitive real service Kubík (I highly recommend it), where the owner himself took over the problem, who said that he likes challenges :)) he looked, he was terrified with the words: who did it ?? Well, within about 30 minutes the problem was solved and the price repaired? 200CZK! and I note that the fault was created by a service error of Habus Havlovičova, because it is difficult to pressurize the compressor at home so that it almost flies out of my engine .... I will not describe the exact fault, because for the money they pulled out of me and returned the car holiday, for example, it will stop, we do not see a defect in that, and for that behavior, I will not write them the exact defect (which they caused) for free. So, thanks to their professional work, routine maintenance has become an issue with a price from approx. CZK 2,500 to approx. CZK 5,000, and as a bonus a non-functional climate, so if you like the car, you should visit another service, this one for sure. Of course, they haven't seen me and my car there since.

I encountered a sudden fault, the car was accepted immediately and the next day (morning) it was repaired.

Do not use this service even in an emergency. When I changed my shoes, the rubber was destroyed (good can happen). However, I had to pay for changing and balancing the wheels. They worked only on the front axle and returned the original tires. So not cut! The air conditioning is said to have been cleaned and supplemented. On performance all the same, but after 2 weeks the smell returned. Do not drive even in an emergency !!! Free expensive service;)

If you want to be plucked warmly, this is the right place 5lo oil for 2380 I have not seen it and when I did not nod to them to replace the turbo for their overpriced refurbished then they let me stand the car for a week without bothering to tell me a single reason for. Just excuses never again! EDIT AFTER THE OWNER'S ANSWER: Yes, excuses. I don't know where you buy oil, but the same oil in Auto Kelly is 1200 CZK for 5 liters of oil. You didn't offer me a spare car at all and all the communication was on my part when I called after two working days what was wrong with my car that you didn't know and would let you know. I didn't find out that they were working on another car until the next few days, when I called you again because you didn't let me know at all. If I didn't call anything I wouldn't know and the car there knows how long it happened like this it only happened there for 6 working days. So the mistake is definitely not on my side ???
