★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S čerty nejsou žerty. Ten mlýn tam fakt stojí, i když například ona stodola, kde se odehrával souboj filmové postavy Petra Máchala, byste poznávali jen stěží. Stromy a keře již vypadají jinak.
There are no jokes with devils. The mill really stands there, even though, for example, the barn where the film character of Petr Máchal took place, you would hardly recognize. Trees and shrubs already look different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vesnická památková rezervace na cestě mezi zámkem Humprecht a hradem Kost. Nádherné roubené chalupy a ráj pro filmaře. Kdo by neznal obchod a stříkačku Máňu z filmu "Jak dostat tatínka do polepšovny". Kdo by neznal Máchalův mlýn z filmu "S čerty nejsou žerty" a kam jinam by "Přijela pouť", když ne právě sem. natáčely se tady i další filmy. Třeba "Vzbouření na vsi", "Před bouří" nebo třeba "Komediant". Je tady krásně a to hlavně teď v březnu, kdy ještě neproudí davy turistů. Docela místní lidičky lituji, není to asi pro stálé obyvatele to pravé ořechové, když si turisté jejich domy pletou se skanzenem o lezou jim za ploty a na zahrádky...
Village monument reserve on the way between Humprecht Castle and Kost Castle. Beautiful timbered cottages and a paradise for filmmakers. Who doesn't know the shop and the syringe of Máňa from the movie "How to get Dad to a reformatory". Who doesn't know Machal's mill from the movie "There are no jokes with devils" and where else would "Pilgrimage" come, if not right here. Other films were made here as well. For example, "Rebellion in the Village", "Before the Storm" or "Comedian". It is beautiful here, especially now in March, when there are no crowds of tourists yet. I quite regret the local people, it's probably not the real thing for permanent residents, when tourists confuse their houses with the open-air museum about climbing behind fences and gardens ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome village conservation area. Lot of czech movies were made here. Many log cabins are situated in the village with small pond and fire station in the middle.
