Mám dvě kočky, zdvořile jsem se jich dotázala na cenu očkování, jelikož bych chtěla přejit na bližší veterinu. Na můj dotaz ohledně ceny očkováními bylo odpovězeno - Záleží na typu vakcíny. S pozdravem. Zdvořile a opakovaně jsem se tedy zeptala na cenu obou vakcín. A od té doby ticho. Pokud cenu nechtějí sdělit předem, tak už je tady něco podezřelého a další věc je ta, že to můžou rovnou napsat a ne nechat bez odpovědi. V dnešní době toto jednání považuji za velmi nezdvořilé. Za mě určitě záleží i na přístupu a toto jednání mě ubezpečuje, že radši zůstat na aktuální veterině, i když je dál. K samotnému ošetření se vyjádřit nemohu, ale kvůli zvířátkům pevně doufám, že je na jiné úrovni než komunikace recepce (na zřejmě jim nepříjemný dotaz). I didn't even come to this clinic ... because of really bad communication. I have two cats, I politely asked them about the price of vaccination, because I would like to go to a closer vet. My question about the price of vaccinations was answered - It depends on the type of vaccine. Regards. So I politely and repeatedly asked about the price of both vaccines. And silence ever since. If they don't want to announce the price in advance, then there is something suspicious and the other thing is that they can write it right away and not leave it unanswered. Today, I consider this to be very rude. For me, the approach certainly matters, and this action assures me that I prefer to stay at the current vet, even if it is on. I can't comment on the treatment itself, but because of the animals, I firmly hope that it is at a different level than the reception communication (apparently an unpleasant question to them).
