I definitely do not recommend this clinic for our family. We were at the clinic with a cat for castration. To our surprise, the operation was performed on the side of the back instead of the expected tummy. We were instructed to be careful not to lick and bite the stitches and to arrive in 14 days if she pulled the stitches, then come immediately. After 9 days, she pulled out a stitch or two, so we went to the clinic right away. This is where the non-professional treatment started, because of which we never visited the clinic again and we went straight to another clinic. The remaining stitches were pulled out, no one cleaned the wound along the pulled paths, and only sewed with a medical stapler (we don't really know if the assistant or the doctor was stitching). The clamps were "halabala" placed around the wound, some did not even hold properly. The wound was sprayed with blue spray and the cat's collar was put on. We paid for the collar and could go home for a checkup in a week. We left the clinic and the cat already had an ugly, as if inflamed, blow between the staples. We trusted the "experts" and went home. By the next day, the wound did not visibly improve, we were worried about the spread of the infection, so we went straight to another clinic. Here we learned that there is inflammation in the wound and that the staples should not be used in this way, that the dead tissue must first be removed, the wound cleaned and only then the staples applied, otherwise the tissue will not adhere to each other and the wound will not heal. They could not believe that a doctor could treat or rather not treat a cat in this way, and they were amazed at the castration on the back of the side. The wound was cleaned, the dead tissue removed and the cat received antibiotics and ointment for lubrication at home. It is said that if we did not arrive immediately, the inflammation would spread and the treatment would take several months and become very expensive. So we definitely do not recommend CANISVET, absolutely unprofessional behavior is added to unprofessional care, when we did not know whether we were talking to a doctor or an assistant during any of the visits, no one ever introduced ourselves to us, despite the fact that perhaps there was a different couple during each visit. We always paid for something, but we never received any confirmation or receipt. It is always said that the payment terminal did not work that day (probably a coincidence), so we had to pay in cash, but we did not receive a confirmation. We have no confirmation of castration, so we don't even know if she's really neutered or if the poor girl has suffered unnecessarily. In addition, they told us at the new clinic that we are definitely not the first and unfortunately probably not the last to whom they have to put the pet together after an unprofessional "treatment" from Canisvet. Probably no one prefers to write bad experiences here, I also decided to do it for almost a month .. Fortunately, the cat is probably fine today, the scar has healed thanks to the new clinic, and when it is overgrown with a shaved spot, it will probably not even be visible. Consider a visit to this clinic.
