Pan doktor i paní doktorka, kteří o králíčka pečovali byli velice milí a profesionální, sestřička na recepci také milá a laskavá. Jsme vděční, že během hospitalizace nám králíčka zachránili. Nejlepší klinika. At this clinic, they saved us a rabbit, which we came with at night in a very serious state of health. The doctor and the doctor who took care of the rabbit were very nice and professional, the nurse at the reception was also nice and kind. H	Hana Pecinová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme večer na pohotovosti se psem s krvavým průjmem. Přístup ošetřujícího personálu skvělý, navrhnou možnosti léčby, nic nám nenutili. Čekali jsme déle (cca hodinu, i když jsme dopředu volali), ale to je dost pochopitelné, když je to jediná fungující veterinární pohotovost široko daleko. Cena vyšší o pohotovostní příplatek, ale byli jsme dopředu upozorněni. Takže děkujeme za ošetření a snad léčba zabere ? We were on call in the evening with a dog with bloody diarrhea. The approach of the nursing staff is great, they suggest treatment options, they didn't force anything on us. We waited longer (about an hour, even though we called ahead), but that's pretty understandable when it's the only functioning veterinary emergency far and wide. The price is higher by the emergency surcharge, but we were notified in advance. So thank you for the treatment and hopefully the treatment will take away ?
P	Petr Jebousek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi kvalitní péče o vaše miláčky. Vždy jsme dostali odbornou péči, kterou jsme potřebovali. Všichni doktoři, kteří se o nás starali,byli příjemní a ochotní. Menším mínusem jsou delší čekací lhůty. K dispozici je i stála pohotovost.

Na klinice nám operovali 4 letého kocourka Pluta, měl podle rentgenu od našeho veterináře posunuté vnitřnosti do hrudníku a porušenou bránici ve velkém rozsahu. Dostala jsem doporučení na tuto veterinární kliniku a velmi za to děkuji. Ihned po telefonátu a zaslání rentgenu jsme se dohodli na návštěvě kliniky a následné hospitalizaci Pluta, byť bylo již kolem 19 hodiny (stav kocourka se rychle zhoršoval). Přijímala nás milá mladá doktorka, která nám vše o dalším postupu léčby vysvětlila. Již za dvě hodiny byl Pluto po úspěšné operaci. O stavu kocourka nám byla telefonicky podávána každý den zpráva. Kocourek se již uzdravuje v domácí péči. Tuto kliniku můžeme jen doporučit! Poletinovi. Thank you to the team of doctors for a fast, helpful, professional and kind approach. I received a recommendation for this veterinary clinic and thank you very much for that. Immediately after the phone call and sending the X-ray, we agreed to visit the clinic and the subsequent hospitalization of Pluto, even though it was already around 7 pm (the cat's condition was deteriorating rapidly). We were received by a nice young doctor, who explained everything to us about the next course of treatment. In two hours, Pluto was after a successful operation. We were told about the cat's condition every day by phone. The boy is already recovering in home care. We can only recommend this clinic! Poletinovi.
S	Stekop S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní veterinární pohotovost, která asi nemá ve východních Čechách konkurenci pokud máte urgentní problém z domácím mazlíčkem o víkendu či svátku zde jsou 24 hodin, ale můžete sem s mazlíčky docházet i běžně. Lekářská péče je na velmi vysoké úrovni, z mého pohledu a ze zkušenosti na té nejvyšší úrovni. Lékaři a personál jsou opravdu mílí, ochotní a snaží se vašemu mazlíčku opravdu pomoci a nic nezanedbat. Ceny jsou hodně slušné jen v případě o svátcích či v noci počítejte s jednorázovým pohotovostním příplatkem, který já třeba vůbec neřeším, protože se nechci dívat na trápíci se zvířátko jen kvůli tomu, že je noc, svátek či vikend. Co je též super je možnost za ošetření zaplatit bezhotovostně kartou. Tímto velice všem na klinice děkuji. Medical care is at a very high level, from my point of view and from experience at the highest level. The doctors and staff are really nice, helpful and try to really help your pet and not neglect anything. The prices are very decent only in the case of holidays or nights, count on a one-time emergency surcharge, which I may not address at all, because I do not want to look at the worried animal just because it is night, holiday or weekend. What is also great is the possibility to pay cashless for the treatment by card. Thank you very much to the clinic.
