★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ve čtvrtek nám paní doktorka řekla že kdyby se něco dělo s naším pejskem tak mame volat ve dne i v noci, dnes ve 3:30 jsme volali že psovi je blbě a zda by ji mohli dat inekci aby se netrápila, paní doktorka nam řekla že nemůže a že jde spát, dnes jsme tam volali a paní doktorka byla nepříjemná a řekla že kvůli nám nespala, řekla že nám za cca 2 hodiny zavolá, než zavolala pejsek nám umřel... jsou neschopní a dejme tomu že nám zabily psa jen kvůli tomu že byly neschopný ji zkontrolovat a nějak zakročit? horznej přistup!!!
 on Thursday the doctor told us that if something happened to our dog we should call day and night, today at 3:30 we called that the dog is stupid and if they could give her an injection so that she does not bother, the doctor told us that can't go to bed, we called there today and the doctor was uncomfortable and said she didn't sleep because of us, she said she would call us in about 2 hours before she called us the dog died ... they're incompetent and let's say they killed our dog just because that they were unable to check it and somehow intervene? horrible approach !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem zde pouze na stříhání drápků mého králíka, celou dobu v čekárně byl úplně v klidu, když jsme ale vešli dovnitř, začal se bát kočky, kterou tam mají. Při stříhání mi vyskočil z ruky, protože ho to lechtalo. Kočka k němu okamžitě přiběhla a on se ani nepohnul, ještě několik hodin byl celkem v šoku. Sestřička mě navíc seřvala, že ho mám pořádně držet. (to bych pochopila, kdyby mi z rukou vypadl, ale on opravdu vyskočil kvůli tomu, že se necítil dobře..)
I was only here to cut my rabbit's claws, he was completely calm all the time in the waiting room, but when we went inside, he started to be afraid of the cats they have there. He jumped out of my hand while cutting, because it tickled him. The cat immediately ran to him and he didn't even move, he was quite shocked for a few more hours. In addition, the nurse scolded me for holding him tight. (I would understand if he fell out of my hands, but he really jumped out because he wasn't feeling well ..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musela jsem kliniku navštívit akutně na dovolené se svým psem, musím vyzdvihnout ochotu paní doktorky ( jsme z Moravy a zde jsme na dovolené) , nejdříve jsem volala, jestli můžu s fenkou přijet i když nejsme jejich pacienti a paní doktorka hned odpověděla že určitě, hned jsme tedy vyrazily a paní doktorka nás ochotně vysetřila. Za mě můžu doporučit ?
I had to visit the clinic acutely on vacation with my dog, I have to emphasize the willingness of the doctor (we are from Moravia and here we are on vacation), first I called if I could come with the female even if we are not their patients and the doctor immediately answered that for sure so we set off, and the doctor willingly examined us. For me I can recommend ?
