★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vidět, že tady mají zvířátka opravdu rádi. Příjemní lidé a profesionální přístup. 14 dní mi králíčka trápili jinde a už to vypadalo, že to nezvládne, ale během 2 dnů mi ho tady dali do pořádku. Jedině doporučuji❤️.
 It can be seen that they really like animals here. Nice people and professional approach. For 14 days my rabbit was bothered elsewhere and it already seemed that he would not be able to do it, but within 2 days they put it in order here. I only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice profesionální přístup paní doktorky i jejího asistenta. Čekací doba delší, ale nebyli jsme objednaní, tak s časovou prodlevou jsme počítali. S morčinkou Vanilkou jsme byli spokojení a těšíme se na další návštěvu.
Very professional approach of the doctor and her assistant. The waiting time was longer, but we were not ordered, so we expected a time delay. We were satisfied with the Vanilla turkey and we look forward to another visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice děkuji za velmi profesionální přístup! I přes to, že se našeho králíčka bohužel nepodařilo zachránit, díky jejich vysvětlení a následné péči jak o me tak o králíčka Boba, byla celá situace mnohem snesitelnější a méně bolestivá..
Ještě jednou moc děkuji za vše! A první cesta s naším dalším králičím kamarádem bude jedině k vám! ♥️

They took good care and the pricing was fair.
A big plus is that they speak perfect English and are super nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 2 cats for chip and passport and a rabies vaccination (nothing more)...
Despite the appointment being made and email received confirming what we wanted, the nurse gave our cats an EXTRA UNASKED FOR VACCINATION and then wrote the rabies validity as ONE YEAR, when it's quite obviously THREE YEARS!
Of course, the nurse was all chatty and friendly, but the doctor didn't even talk to me or examine the cats before vaccination (standard procedure - cats are prone to issues due to injections) and then they screw us over like that.
They didn't even apologise for any of it, just gave a bunch of lame excuses - blamed me for agreeing to extra vaccinations (I didn't) and blamed the vaccine company rep for giving them wrong info on the rabies jab (seriously?!).
We used (past tense) this vet because we want to support new and upcoming young businesses ...
Not going back...
