We called her colleague who was on leave at the time, so she joined us to see Dr. Nova. The doctor was already very arrogant on the phone. We wanted to arrive around 5-6, and we were told she wouldn't make it and she wouldn't be working overtime on the weekend. When we arrived at the clinic, she once again told us emphatically and reluctantly that we were not ordered, so please wait until it was our turn. I already considered the behavior unprofessional and I was afraid of what would be in the surgery. We came to the surgery and she told us to forgive us for calling her colleague, who is free, that we can't afford to bother her on the weekend. Our dog was very knocked out.
