★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na registraci po nás chtěli registrace z ambasády, i když všechny média říkají že z důvodu konfliktu na Ukrajině všechny Ukrajinci mají nárok na ošetření zadarmo. Tak jsme odešli do jiné ambulance kde ho bez váhání vyšetřily.
 For registration after us wanted registration from the embassy, although all media say that due to the conflict in Ukraine, all Ukrainians are entitled to free treatment. So we went to another ambulance where they examined him without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečně nepříjemná sestra na dětské gynekologii. Byla jsem strašně vyděšená, měla jsem zvýšený tep i tlak a ona se ke mně přesto chovala velmi zle a naléhavě. Doktorka byla milá, ale tlak sestry byl neskutečný. Nechápu, jak takový člověk muže pracovat s dětmi. Navíc ještě na místě, ze kterého děti při špatném zacházení můžou mít traumatické zážitky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we came on Sunday - was fast to get to doctor. analysis (blood test, etc.) can be done right there, fast. for foreigners - you can pay cash or card. doctor speaks english quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worried parents arrived late evening with an unwell toddler. We were looked after by Nurse Frübauer Růžičková and Doctor Majerová. Both were very patient, highly skilled and genuinely kind people. Our son did not cry once even though we spent 2.5 hrs in hospital. Moreover, the waiting area has a very impressive play area. Thank you for a happy finish to our crazy day and your human approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good impression at the start but went out very satisfied. Pediatrician did thorough checks which Motol never did during several visits of the same health issues for months now. I'm grateful I tried this hospital. Just be patient in waiting and understanding if the reception nurse couldn't speak English or too busy. You'll eventually be taken care of properly by the English speaking doctors.
