M	Maroš Šimák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá hrůza!!, po 4 reklamaci kde mé domácí kino projevuje tu samou chybu rok a půl mi vrátili reklamaci zpět. Osobně jsem před očima pána Ondráčka spustil kino a chyba se okamžitě projevila. Zaměstnanec chybu popíral a smál se mi do tváře. Majitel si pána obhajuje přitom situaci neviděl. Takže pan Ondráček se vyživuje na neštěstí lidi a nepochopitelně i po doložení několik video - záznamů nechce vyhovět a kino opravit nebo popsat produkt jako chybný. Takový zážitek nikdo nikde nezažije, videa kde se chyba projevuje je nezajímají, chyba se projevila i na místě před očima zaměstnance....stále nestačí. Lhaní, natahování a nezájem kino opravit a zapírat chybu po 5??!?!?!?! - na psychopatické hry nemocných lidí nemám čas. Výslovně nedoporučuji!!! Absolutely terrible !!, after 4 complaints where my home theater shows the same mistake a year and a half returned my complaint back. Personally, I opened the cinema in front of Mr. Ondráček and the mistake immediately became apparent. The employee denied the mistake and laughed in my face. The owner defends the master while not seeing the situation. So Mr. Ondráček feeds on people's misfortune and, incomprehensibly, even after showing several videos - he does not want to comply and the cinema repair or describe the product as faulty. Nobody will experience such an experience anywhere, videos where the error manifests themselves are not interested, the error manifested itself on the spot in front of the employee's eyes .... still not enough. Lying, stretching and disinterested cinema fix and deny error after 5 ??!?!?!?! - I don't have time for psychopathic games of sick people. I specifically do not recommend !!!

Odmítli vzít odpovědnost za reklamaci televize, která nebyla v oficiálním registru dovezených výrobků LG do ČR, tzn. nikdo neví, jak se výrobek na český trh dostal, což nám řekl přímo jejich technik (zakoupeno v e-shopu Levné Elektro)! Chtěli jsme u nich k této skutečnosti nechat napsat potvrzení, aby nám byla uznána výměna vadného výrobku. Vedoucí pracovník, toto po téměř hodinovém telefonátu odmítl, neustále se vymlouval a choval se velmi nevhodně! Otřesné jednání se zákazníkem. Přitom šlo pouze o formalitu. Beware of this “authorized service”. They refused to take responsibility for the complaint of television, which was not in the official register of imported LG products to the Czech Republic, ie. nobody knows how the product got on the Czech market, which our technician told us (purchased in the e-shop Cheap Electronics)! We wanted to have a confirmation written to them so that we could recognize the replacement of the defective product. The manager refused this after almost an hour's phone call, kept making excuses and behaving very badly! An appalling deal with the customer. It was only a formality.
L	Ladislav Pokorný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na oficiálních webových stránkách mají informaci, že provádí pozáruční servis Onkyo, vezu tam tedy svůj receiver na opravu až z Náměště (citace z webu : Jsme autorizovaný servis spotřební elektroniky značek SONY, LG, LOEWE, pozáručně jsme autorizováni pro značky VAIO, ONKYO, JAMO a opravujeme i jiné značky.) Uvnitř mají velký banner Onkyo. Když sdělím svou prosbu o opravu receiveru, je mi sděleno osobou jež stojí přímo pod nápisem Onkyo, že Onkyo neopravují. Po dotazu, kde tedy mohu nechat opravit receiver, dozvím se, že v Praze (dále neupřesněno). Evidentně jsem pána svojí návštěvou značně obtěžoval. Toť vše, sbohem, vypadni a už se nevracej. No vskutku, sem už se nevrátím. Není to má první špatná zkušenost, asi před rokem a půl jsem potřeboval opravit natahovač k hodinkám (jednoduchý přístroj se servo motorkem). Opět jsem reagoval na text na jejich stránkách : opravujeme i jiné značky. Byl jsem ochoten zaplatit i jen diagnostiku a netrvat na záruce za opravu. Byl jsem odmítnut a poněkud nevybíravě - opět stejný pán za pultem. Závada, kterou jsem nakonec nechal opravit jinde, byla pouze přetržená zteřelá převodová gumička. Again, I responded to the text on their website: repair and other brands. I was willing to pay even a diagnosis and not to insist on a guarantee for repair. I was rejected and somewhat indiscriminately - again, the same gentleman behind the counter. Fault that I finally had to fix elsewhere, was only torn rotten rubber gear.
J	Jiří Komínek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotní, oprava netrvala dlouho, cena dokonce nižší než jsem čekal, ochotně pomohou s větším televizorem k autu. Jediná nevýhoda je obtížnější parkování, ale to je věc lokality a nikoliv vada firmy. Willing, the repair did not take long, the price even lower than I expected, willing to help with a larger TV to the car. The only downside is more difficult parking, but it's a matter of location and not a flaw of the company.

If you are looking for some discounted goods, come here for cameras and TVs after repairs. When visiting by car, parking can be difficult due to parking zones.
