Zboží při nákupu přes eshop neodpovídalo popisu, po vrácení zboží se ani neozvali, budeme u nich (po měsíci!!!) opět muset urgovat vrácení peněz. Vypadá to na pěkné zloděje, však kdo by taky kvůli 300 dával oznámení na policii za nedovolené obohacování, tak se to nesnaží řešit. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Update 11.1.2020: zloději, neozvali se a na vracení peněz se vykašlali. Shop not recommended. Goods when shopping through the shop did not correspond to the description, after returning the goods did not even contact, we will have (after a month !!!) again have to claim a refund. Looks like nice thieves, but who would also report to the police for illegal enrichment for 300, is not trying to solve it. Definitely not recommended. Update 11.1.2020: Thieves, did not respond and give up on refunds.

Na urgence se dále neobtěžuje kdokoliv reagovat...co dodat... Clearly I do not recommend shopping with this seller, there are plenty of other, solid. Syn se rozmyslel a do 14 dnů jsme držák vrátili i s dopisem, z české pošty jsme dostali sms, že si firma nevyzvedla balík, volala jsem a paní se dušovala, že si ho vyzvednou, samozřejmě, že ne a vrátil se zpátky. 14 dní jsem si s pani volala protože slíbila, že pošle vratku a nic, až manžel zavolal a vynadal ji. Posléze jsme museli psát 2 emaily na vrácení peněz - toto vše trvalo skoro 3 měsíce, už nikdy, dost špatná komunikace. I do not recommend this company, although the holder that the son ordered was good quality, but communication with this company was poor. The son changed his mind and within 14 days we returned the holder with a letter, we received an SMS from the Czech Post that the company did not pick up the package, I called and the lady suffocated that they would pick it up, of course not and returned. I called the lady for 14 days because she promised to send a refund and nothing until my husband called and scolded her. Afterwards, we had to write 2 refund emails - all this took almost 3 months, never again, quite bad communication.

Firma nereaguje, výrobek je totální aušus. NIC NEKUPUJTE OD TÉTO FIRMY!! I do not recommend! The shipment arrived and the holder broke in my hand during assembly. Zkusil jsem zavolat na číslo uvedené na stránkách a nikdo nebral telefon. O 5 minut později volal nazpět. Zeptal jsem se, jak to s mojí objednávkou vypadá a bylo mi řečeno, že takto nadměrný balík jim Zásilkovna nevezme a pán mi hned nabídl dovoz kurýrem a říkal, že u me bude za dva dny. A světe div se, stojan dorazil! Jediné minus je, že mi to mohli dát vědět hned po tom, co objednávku přijali. Myslím si, že většině lidem nepřišla objednávka právě z tohoto důvodu, což je škoda. Protože nejenom, že následně dorazila v domluvený čas, ale takový stojan, jsem marně hledal úplně všude a když jsem ho našel, stál více jak 8000. Tento stojan mě stal jen 2500 a s dopravou zdarma ! Ke všemu je konstrukce kvalitní a masivní. Jsem nadšen, určitě to nebyla poslední objednávka a doufám že ten malý minus ohledně komunikace se zákazníky se zlepší. And wonder of the world, the stand has arrived! The only downside is that they could let me know right after they accepted the order. I think that most people did not receive an order for this very reason, which is a shame. Because not only did she subsequently arrive at the agreed time, but such a stand, I searched in vain everywhere and when I found it, it cost more than 8000. This stand cost me only 2500 and with free shipping ! In addition, the construction is high quality and solid. I'm excited, it was definitely not the last order and I hope that the little minus about communication with customers will improve. I give the full number of stars ❤️

Vystupují pod několika e-shopy, ale za jejich podnikáním se skrývá jedna a tatáž společnost STRICT BRAND s.r.o. Nakonec mi cca po 14 dnech peníze byly vráceny, ale musel jsem jim na všechny jejich kontaktní emaily a telefony odeslat návrh na zahájení řízení u ČOI (oddělení ADR) a dále jsem jim pohrozil, že dám dohromady ostatní podvedené, aby škoda přesáhla 5000 Kč (hranice pro trestný čin), abych mohl podat návrh u Policie ČR. Toho se už asi někdo zalekl. Spoléhají na to, že se lidi neumí účelně bránit a smíří se s tím, že jim nestojí ty starosti pro pár stovek za to. POZOR na ně! ATTENTION! Scammers. They get paid, but that stops virtually all communication on their part. They operate under several e-shops, but behind their business there is one and the same company STRICT BRAND s.r.o. In the end, after about 14 days, the money was returned to me, but I had to send them a proposal to initiate proceedings at the CTIA (ADR department) on all their contact emails and phones, and I also threatened to put together other fraudsters so that the damage exceeded CZK 5,000 ( border for a criminal offense) so that I can file a motion with the Police of the Czech Republic. Someone must have been scared of that. They rely on the fact that people can't defend themselves effectively and accept that the worries for a few hundred are not worth it. BEWARE of them!

Totálna absencia komunikácie zo strany eshopu. Čísla sa nedvihajú a keď nejaká pani konečne zdvihne, povie že niečo vybavuje a že mám poslať sms s číslom objednávky. Samozrejme sa už neozve. Nedajte sa teda odbiť a ak sa vám jej podarí dovolať, žiadajte riešenie ihneď. Som zvedavý čo povie. Na druhom čísle po x pokusoch zdvihol pán s nejakým ruským hardstylom hrajúcim v pozadí, ktorý sľúbil že objednávku preverí a ozve sa naspäť. Na moje prekvapenie mi za chvíľu naspäť volalo skrité číslo, čo som považoval za trend, ktorý vymrel niekedy v období mojej základnej školy a rozhodne nie ako formu komunikácie firmy v roku 2021. Vraj nechápe prečo to ešte nebolo odoslané a pošle sa ešte dnes. Musím povedať že jednal celkom milo ale aj tak ma mrazí pomyslieť si na to, ako to tam funguje v prípade reklamácie. Konieckoncov po tom čo som si prečítal recenzie všade okolo som rád, že mi niečo prišlo ale za tie nervy to rozhodne nestálo. Strict Brand teda ironicky ako názov firmy sedí, jednanie so zákazníkmi je naozaj v určitom ohľade striktné. To my surprise, a hidden number called me back for a while, which I considered to be a trend that died out sometime during my elementary school and certainly not as a form of company communication in 2021. I have to say that he acted quite kindly, but it still makes me cold to think about how it works there in case of a complaint. After all, after reading reviews all around, I'm glad that something came to me, but it was definitely not worth those nerves. Thus, Strict Brand ironically fits as the name of the company, dealing with customers is really strict in some respects.
