a	atominnka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem tam s dětmi na 2 noci. Byli jsme spokojení, nic nám nechybělo. Na fotkách tedy ubytování vypadalo lépe, nicméně všude bylo čisto a paní majitelka byla moc milá a ochotná. Hlavními výhodami byla TV na pokoji a vybavený kuchyňský koutek (toustovač, rychlovarná konvice, spousta nádobí, mikrovlnka a lednice ) , což nebývá u penzionů samozřejmostí. Další výhodou je krásná a klidná lokalita, přitom stanice metra je opravdu kousek a to samé i obchod s potravinami, lékárna, bankomat. I was there with the kids for 2 nights. We were satisfied, nothing was missing. So the pictures of accommodation looked better, but everywhere was clean and Mrs. owner was very nice and helpful. The main advantages were TV in the room and equipped kitchen corner (toaster, kettle, lots of dishes, microwave and fridge), which is not commonplace in the pension. Another advantage is the beautiful and quiet location, while the metro station is really a bit the same as the grocery store, pharmacy, ATM.

Vzhledem k tomu, že nás bylo více, zajistila nám paní majitelka bydlení o malý kousek dál, ale vila se nachází v klidné části Prahy. Ve velmi dobré poloze. Kousek od metra i tramvaje. We were accommodated during our autumn stay. Due to the fact that there were more of us, the owner of the housing provided us a little further away, but the villa is located in a quiet part of Prague. Very good location. Not far from the metro and tram.

Bez předchozího upozornění, kdy jsem ve večerních hodinách dorazila s malým dítětem, mě paní majitelka odkázala na ubytování v jiném objektu umístěném sice pouze o několik domů dále, nicméně za zcela jiných podmínek (jiné ubytování než dle dostupné fotogalerie Villy Adam, bez možnosti využití zahrady pro malé dítě etc.). Daný penzion dle mého názoru s nižšími hygienickými podmínkami, cena pobytu den/noc v tomto penzionu byla nižší než předem dohodnutá cena s paní majitelkou v rezervované Ville Adam. We were accommodated three years ago. Without prior notice, when I arrived in the evening with a small child, the owner referred me to accommodation in another building located only a few houses further, but under completely different conditions (other accommodation than according to the available photo gallery Villa Adam, without the possibility of using the garden for a small child etc.). The given pension in my opinion with lower hygienic conditions, the price of the day / night stay in this pension was lower than the price agreed in advance with the owner in the booked Villa Adam.
J	Jozef Rybak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byly sme ubytování iba na víkend, ale bylo nádherně..Moc milá paní domácí a krásné ubytování..Čisto,klid, cena úžasná,jak keby sme nebyly v Praze..Krásná kouzelná zahrádka s Ježky?....Sice sme byly iba dvě noci z důvodu Muzikálu ale určitě se rádi vrátíme v blízké době..Este jednou děkujeme Hanka a Jozef? Bruntál

The house and rooms were beautifully decorated and very festive, The owner put so much effort into making us feel at home. I can really highly recommend this B&B if you want to stay somewhere authentic and local!

The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and super clean ensuite shower. Exceptional transport links, easy to navigate, lots of small things add up to the best imaginable stay - Highly recommend Villa Adam & Thank you for your 5 Star hospitality.
