★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve zvaná Jappova vila byla první budovou v Riegrově ulici. V roce 1898 vznikla v anglickém duchu se secesními prvky. Rudolf Japp byl nájemce klášterního pivovaru. Pozdější obyvatelé byli od roku 1932 Frankeovi, hoteliéři.
Formerly called Japp's Villa, it was the first building in Riegrova Street. It was created in 1898 in the English spirit with Art Nouveau elements. Rudolf Japp was the tenant of the monastery brewery. The later inhabitants were Franke's hoteliers from 1932.
